A személyzet kedves volt

A szoba kicsi volt, az ágy kényelmetlen, túl puha és az ágynemű is kényelmetlen volt. Elég hideg volt a szobában, de mi nem tudtuk szabályozni a hőmérsékletet. Reggelinél nem volt elég asztal, többen várakoztak felettünk amíg mi ettünk. Üdítőt kérésre hoztak, de hamar elfogyott.

I like smiley personell, access to parking lot and fresh and still warm bread on the brekfast. We came on friday morning just to leave our car on parking but recepcionist was so kind that we can already check in on 10:00 instead of 14:00. That was super kind.

Smell from the AC was like on the dentist visit. Brekfast witoutout vegetables and awful caffe. Sorry guys coffe was terrible.

Before arriving to hotel i confirmed that we will have double window room. However when we came to the room, it was not one which we confirmed, it was small and only one window. I went to the reception and asked is there any possibility to change because we confirmed that we will have double window room, and receptionist said that the hotel is full. Luckily, he was the person who confirmed our double window room and we could change it finally. Another thing, there was no shapmoos, towels, so we had to ask for it. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Air conditioning was centrally managed and made noise while working, and was not working good as it was still hot in the room. Dont surprise if you will find eggshell in omlet on your plate during the breakfast.

The location is closed to the bus and tram station. The room was clean. The staff are very nice. We had car parking (10 euro/day)

The breakfast was poor when we took about options and we had a problem with the towel (smelled bad when they were wet) but they were changed by the staff after our complaint.

The cleaning is dreadful! First day we arrived, the trash in the bathroom was full of things of other people. We left 3 nights the sign to make up the room hanging on the door, and as the first night no one did it, I asked them to clean it the next day, and the next day, I had to ask for towels because they didn't change them... Nothing. On the last night, when we arrived, we didn't see the sign outside so we thought they made the room. When we enter: they left two more towels on top of the WC, and the blanket of the bed was folded in a really bad way. They didn't take the trash, or clean the room, the cups, or make the bed. The two covers of the bed were thrown in a chair... Really, really disappointing. The WiFi wasn't working well The breakfast was really poor. Almost nothing to eat. Cold coffee, baskets with small pastries all the time or empty or with 2 or 3 things, the bread was hard to eat a couple of days, not a single piece of fruit,..... The night we arrive the lady was quite rude, she basically gave me the card and didn't say or explain anything. I had to ask.
