TV Remote really difficult to control Missleading pictures, a dark tiny room No toilet paper The remote system didnt really work, had to get in touch with staff to open it for me

Very dirty. The walls of the bathroom full of hair. very unpleasant. Also very difficult the access to keys

- there is a bed in the room - we had extremely funny 60 minutes laughing about how the management is treating complaints and how they reply to bad comments

- extremely bad noise cancellation, you can hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms and from the hallway - light coming thru from around the door, the light fixture is fruorescent, also providing a lot of light - the bed is very uncomfortable - lack of personell means that people smoke weed and cigarettes in the rooms and nobody cares - but you can smell everything in your room as well - all of the above means that we were able to sleep 3-4 hours per night if we were lucky - daily cleaning means making the bad and taking the trash - don’t expect them to change your bedsheet, towels or clean the sink/shower/toilet - dead bugs in the windows and on the floor - there is no “do not disturb” sign so they will come into your room wether you want it or not

The hostel is quite well placed. 4 metro stops to the Gothic Quarter, all within walking distance. The room is small, but you don't need more to spend the night. It was convenient that there was a safe.

Unfortunately, the shower did not work in our room, and since we checked in in the evening, the problem was solved only the next day. Also, the bathroom in general was not very well cleaned. Frankly the biggest disappointment was the inability to take a shower and the dirty bathroom. Before handing over, personal need to check the rooms to see if they are suitable for occupancy.

Only localization was ok

the room didn't look clean. in addition, dirty towels, air conditioning that you have no control over. and also very loud - you could hear all the conversations from behind the wall and the first night we hardly slept through it

itt was really small room and the cleanliness was terrible

No réception available. I had a problem to access to my room and no one answered on the phone number. The hotel is super noisy!!! However the bad mattress was super comfy and the room was quite clean...
