Lack of staff around and no housekeeping, tea and coffee were not refilled so I could not have a drink after a long day out and could not get in touch with anyone to sort it out also couldn't get fresh towels

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was a very nice room which was on the ground floor. There was easy access to the side entrance to come and go as you please.

No curtains or blinds up at the bathroom window which backs on to the hotel car park. Also, no breakfast was available at the time of my visit. Breakfast hasn't been available here since the first covid lockdown of 2020 apparently!

didn’t offer breakfast even though it said it did when I booked. just got an email saying they don’t do it any more. property is rather dated although clean.

Location, staff were friendly

There was mould behind the cabinets in the room. I was asked at point of booking if there were any special requirements, I said it was my husbands 40th. I was offered chocolates or a card in the room, I didn't get either.

Host was warm and friendly and ready to please when able to. Room lounge areas etc were clean. Cosy pleasant garden. Some parking. Beach over the road. 6/7 walk min to town centre. Few mins walk to good breakfast outlets (circa £7).

Would welcome return of breakfast.

Parking is very tight but limited space available

The hotel was very nice, and very peaceful. The lady that greeted us was really nice and very polite, we were given two keys one for the room, one for the main door to come in and out. We were left alone to come and go the room was very clean, I would definitely stay again it was lovely and peaceful.

Excellent location, small car park but plenty of free off street parking. Very nice and friendly host, nothing was too much trouble for her. Very cosy and clean room. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again next time in Weston.
