Location was 100yrds from mini golf and water park and seafront. Maria is lovely. Room was more than nice, bathroom was lovely. Beds comfy. TV with remote. Plenty of tea coffee and biscuits. Complimentary toast and a variety of jams and marmalades and 7 different cereals . I 100% recommended. And in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I be back"! Ps; ¹/² from the pier, but still a lovely flat walk!!!

Really friendly welcome, the host went above and beyond to be helpful, it was much appreciated. Spacious, bright room. Close to the seafront.

The bedroom did get quite cold overnight (thermostat read 15c) and the bed linen smelled of cigarette smoke

The host Maria is extremely welcoming. The hotel facilities are brilliant. Very well looked after building with comfortable rooms and a great location too.

The room was lovely for a family of 5. It was of good size with a lovely sized bathroom also. The host was lovely and it was in a brilliant spot. One street away from a quiet, well priced car park and close to everything you needed. Shop and pub on the same street!

Maria is an exceptional host, hotel is in a great location, loved the kitchen and hospitality - free breakfast, kids could play around, play board games, everyone came back happy. Definitely coming back

No parking, but car park 2 mins away, £6 gives you 24h so nth wrong with that

Maria was wonderful! She was so friendly and did everything she could to help us. The location was perfect near a lovely Italian restaurant with a sea view! The large room was perfect for our family of 5 with everything we needed. Also the breakfast being available all day was great for the kids!

Quiet position. Not too far to walk to town. Nice owners

Parking was difficult at times. Family room was a tad scruffy which is something I always worry about with family rooms confused about breakfast, was it included or not. Not officially but they kept saying we could make toast etc in the dining room. Don't know if this would cost extra.

Maria was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room appeared to be recently and tastefully decorated and was very clean. A cold breakfast was available from the dining room and we could take as much as we wished.

Nothing that Maria could have done about it, but the surrounding area and the view from our bedroom window were very run down.
