The owners were first class; really friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure I had all I wanted. The room was quite small but comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was epic.

I had a good experience the property was homely and welcoming we were well looked after.
There was no garden for my dog.

It is one of the best b&bs I have stayed in. They was nice enough to carry my very heavy suitcase up and to make sure that they could meet my dietary needs. They was friendly polite and so helpful in getting me a taxi.

Very nice hospitality they couldn't do enough for us. And the breakfast you had so much choice and was excellent.

I was made very welcome, and the room was comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small but cosy with a window to the rear. I felt very comfortable in there with a table and place to sit by the window
I was greatly impressed by the attention to detail by the hosts, there were even envelopes and writing paper in a drawer. My only problem was that on entering the room every surface already had something on it, so there was no space to put down and organise my own things without first moving some of theirs

THE BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY. THE HOST WAS VERY FRIENDLY . THE GUEST HOUSE WAS IN A LOVELY POSITION NOT FAR TO WALK TO THE SEA FRONT AND SHOPS .

Welcome from the owner was outstanding, location was fab and breakfast gorgeous altho a little early for me, till 10 am would of been better, lovely and clean and quiet too.
Unfortunately the wi-fi was inconsistent, and on reflection since being home the price we paid was far too high in comparison to the price without booking.com but lesson learnt there lol.

Welcome excellent, superb breakfast beautifully presented, huge comfy bed , nice shower, large room, sorted our parking out. A very pleasant stay!

Not much that I did not like ,parking was a bit of a problem as it is road side parking ,and a bit hit and miss . personally it was fine . small and no fuss
