All of the staff I encountered were exceptional. The fabulous Tanya on Reception handled everything about my stay with great care and in a way that felt as though she wanted to make sure it all went as well as it possibly could for me and all guests.
Brilliant to be offered the option of a grab bag breakfast as I needed to get away fairly early, a real bonus that it included a proper bacon and sausage sandwich too, fabulous stuff.
Location was ideal for my needs and nice that there was a mini lounge area downstairs rather than just skulking in my room later on.
I loved the stay overall so only minor negatives.
Next time I'll bring a sleep mask as light leaked in from the hallway around and under my room door and partially lit up the bed. The curtains chipped in on this as they weren't long enough to block out external light.
Could do with a new chair in my room, wasn't sure if I was about to fall through it.

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast.
Service for breakfast on first morning was a joke. Took 20 minutes to be asked for my order. Had to go and ask them to take order and then over 30 minutes to arrive. Subsequently days had no issues at all.
Also the chair in the room for using the desk was the most uncomfortable chair ever sat on. Other than that everything was great.

Great hotel and exceptional value for money. Spotless, lovely little downstairs bar, every staff member friendly and professional. A special shout out to Laura on reception who is fantastic!! Breakfast is class and we really could t fault anything. 100% will stay again when we visit Newcastle next.

Location was great. The bathroom was sparkling and clean. A quiet location even though on Osborne Road.

Room was beautiful, much larger than a standard double.
The bed was unreal!! So comfortable.

Parking is very limited, nowhere to park nearby (3- 4 spots only) I would recommend coming by bus or train if possible alternatively unsure if they hotel can apply for day permit parking for guests?

Very clean and friendly. I didn't have breakfast, so unable to comment on that. Bed comfortable and excellent shower.
Being between a main road and the metro there is some traffic noise but ear plugs meant I slept well.
Although when checking in I told reception I wasn't having breakfast, I received a call from the hotel at 10.30pm which woke me up - asking again if I was having breakfast.

Excellent location close to the heart of Jesmond and walking distance from Metro and bus links. Less than 10min drive from Central Station. Beds are comfy, installations clean, coffee and tea service in each room. For £5 extra, you can get a full-English breakfast in the morning, which is an absolute banger. The staff is lovely, with Sharon and Susy being extra-helpful and friendly. I had to stay at the hotel for over a week while flat-hunting; the staff mad me feel well-received and the accommodation was comfortable and convenient. Would 100% recommend.
My first room was facing Osborne Rd, so could get a little loud. Not having an elevator is a little impractical if bringing heavy bags.

The window did not close properly & therefore there was a lot of road noise from a busy road. the WiFi was rubbish and the TV reception was awful

Once again the Osbourne was fantastic. The only reason I’d be hesitant to give it anything other than top marks is that it’d be booked out when I want to go. Most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks for a fabulous couple of days

Lady on check in was superb, gave us all the information needed and went the extra mile. Room was cosy but spacious, breakfast was included which could be picked up and taken to room. This is a great idea, bacon sandwich was lovely!!
Pillows were flat but barable.
Car spaces at the back only hold 4 cars, had to park in a permit area and wake up earlier to move car.

The location was fantastic; the staff were friendly and available to help; the price is good for a place within walking distance to the town centre. There are breakfast and dinner options available and a nice bakery around the corner. The 24-hour reception is great.
There were cleanliness issues with my room and for some reason the WiFi didn't work for me.
