I was upgraded to a beautiful room with harbour view and bath tub which was perfect. Breakfast was lovely by the waters edge. Cannot fault hotel or staff

The hotel was so cute, comfortable and accommodating of our large group. They helped with taxis from the airport and around time. check in and checkout process was great. restaurant on property was nice and pool a great spot to lounge by.

Rude and unhelpful late night reception staff, annoyed at my interrupting their watching pornography on internet .

Location was stunning noisy due to the boatyard but you get used to it. staff where lovely rooms where clean and had everything you need fridge was dodgy but worked.

Restaurant was awful breakfast was stressful nobody spoke English even when I asked for stuff in Turkish they got it wrong. All the staff wanted to do was look at their phones the choice was one of the worst we have seen at breakfast no fruit whatsoever nothing replenished we where never asked if we wanted anything ie coffee or anything that wasn't on display. They did omeletttes but nobody told us till the 3rd morning and they did coffee but yet again nobody offered it us till the 3rd day. There was a new waiter he spoke good English and told us what was avialible things improved but he left after a couple of days so back to normal. They have menus for the restaurant but all in Turkish nobody knew how to translate them so we never knew what they sold apart from chips. The restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel so I cannot recommend the hotel and staff highly enough but we will be eating breakfast in town if we stayed there again it was such a bad experience.

Fabulous hotel at an excellent price. I personally liked that it was a little back from the main action. Quieter. But still an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the Marina. And loved the expresso machine.

Had to check out early for my ferry so didn't get a chance to experience the breakfast. Maybe next time

Large rooms with plenty of space, always clean. You will find everything you need in the room: a clean refrigerator, a clean kettle, coffee, tea, water... Beautiful view from the window. Big comfortable bed. Kind staff, always willing to help and advise. Tasty and varied breakfast. There is a city bus in front of the hotel that will take you to the city and to the bus station.

Good value for money. The most cool thing - hotel is located near the dock. So while you walk to the hotel you can explore the ship building process. Breakfasts are fine, nothing special though. Stuff is pretty responsive.

The equipment is pretty tired, internal renovation is needed. Bath is great, but leaks some water to the floor due to silicon defect. Cleaning is not the best in the rooms. Soundproofing is not good - you can hear some noise from the next room. The location is unique, but the distance to the cafes & center is about 40 min by foot. You can take a city bus though, arriving every 15-20 min.
