Casa B is totally an ideal place to stay for affordable rate based on only being a short walk from beach (less than 3 minutes). The decor is cute and cozy and modernly decorated. Also close to river and walk to Lou’s or town is also less than a mile. Great place!

Stayed for Father’s Day weekend and had a great time! Loved the location and will definitely be back!

Casa B was fantastic. Very well decorated and the convenience of modern amenities. The location is a big plus walking distance to the beach and downtown and all that South Haven has to offer. Casa B was very clean and comfortable. The owner Stacy is awesome!

We simply LOVE Casa B!!! It has everything - location, amenities, charm, and the best property owner ever!! The flat is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We love every detail. The front porch is the perfect place for a cup of coffee, relaxing with a good book, or watching people as they pass by. The back deck has a great table for outdoor dining. The owner has truly thought of everything with this gem. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for another amazing stay!

This was our first trip to South Haven and we could not have picked a better rental property! My husband and I have a two-year-old, so being within a two-minute walk to the beach was ideal. Plus Stacey has a wagon and even a Pack n Play, which meant less for us to pack! Our son fell in love with sailboats on the trip, so it was a huge perk that he could see the marina from the front porch! Stacey was incredibly helpful and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Casa B. We were immediately very comfortable and It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Stacy had a brand new pack n play so we didn’t need to bring one for our little one. The location was awesome with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. Also, you could see the marina from the front porch! The flat was very clean had been renovated nicely including the kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice washer and dryer in unit as well. A great bonus when going to the beach everyday! We will be back!

Seamless rental experience! Keyless entry, check-in, and check-out process were a breeze. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops, but we really relished the beautiful wraparound porch and garden in the morning. The accommodations are clean and well furnished. The bathroom is spacious enough for two adults to comfortably use the room simultaneously to get ready for time on the town or to wind down before bed. The washer and dryer let us travel light and enjoy fresh clothes throughout the trip. We didn’t use the kitchen to prepare our own food (there are so many great options for eating out) but the kitchen had everything we might have needed for a comfortable stay from morning coffee and tea through plenty of prep-ware and serving ware. We could have easily hosted a meal for visiting family. The owners helped us finish the check-in process through email when we had questions. The guest book was clear and easy to follow without being overwhelming, and the check-out process was straight-forward.

Although the weather wasn't ideal, we enjoyed our stay. This home is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and it has been nicely remodeled. The bath has a roomy shower with double sinks and plenty of counter space. The fully equipped kitchen is light and bright and has been updated. In the hall, a newer washer and dryer are available for use. The bedrooms are adequate in size and the beds are comfy. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks Stacy for a wonderful stay!

South Haven was beautiful with well-manicured properties all around. This cottage that my wife and I stayed was quaint and cozy with an easy half-block walk to North Beach. VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed. My wife and I are planning another trip next year...!

We loved our stay in South Haven at Casa B. We visited with our young child (brought a pack & play) and everything was a breeze! We walked to town, visited the farmers market on Saturday morning, walked to the beach and enjoyed coffee/games on the porch in the evening. So relaxing. The home is wonderfully decorated, cozy and clean. We will definitely be back!

Came up for a couple of days for tulip festival.. decided to stay in south haven instead. This house has a great location and super pretty. Would for sure stay there again.

Great little place for the weekend.

Stacy’s place is a beautiful lower level apartment (of a house) that was perfect for a short weekend trip for 2 ppl to South Haven. It’s very close walking distance to a large beach and easy to walk into town or to nearby Bunde’s Bakery for breakfast. Stacy was incredibly responsive, and we hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful property close to the lake and many other amenities. Stacy was available to answer any questions we had and prompt in her responses. We hope to definitely return to South Haven and this little gem sometime soon!

Cutest house in the South Haven for a weekend getaway. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We loved it and will be back!

Stacy has a beautiful property at an awesome location! We loved how close we were to the beach and walking distance to downtown. Great communication with check in and check out process as well. Everything we needed was already there for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in South Haven and can't wait to come back and stay at Casa B!

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood and location- about 150 yards to North Beach. Tastefully updated interior. Just the right size for my husband and me.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. This was our sixth summer to stay in South Haven. This location was one of the best we have had. We usually ride our bikes to north beach, but this location was close enough to walk to the beach and go back and forth for drinks, using the restroom, etc. We had a little trouble getting in the house initially. We tried the front door and didn't know there was another side door. Apparently the cleaning person had deadbolted the front door, so the code didn't work to open the door and we could not immediately reach Stacy by phone. We finally figured out there was another door to access the house and got that code to work. Once inside though, we found it was super cute and functional for our family. Very clean. Kitchen was well supplied. The only thing missing was a colander for washing fruits and vegetables, so we bought a cheap one at Wal-Mart. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the traffic go by and talking to other visitors. This was not a problem with the house or location, but South Haven's restaurants are suffering due to the inability to find employees (at least I think this might be the reason). We talked to another visitor staying nearby who said their family is going to rethink South Haven for next year (even though they have been coming for 20 years) because, while cooking at the rental is fine, they want to eat out while on vacation. Not many restaurants were open all week long. When they were open, availability was limited and they weren't open late (i.e. closed at 9 pm!) Rental properties, tourism, restaurants, vacation activities -- these all go together as one package in a community, so hopefully the local chamber, tourism board, local officials, etc. will recognize that all have to work together!

The property itself is gorgeous, newly remodeled and the front porch is great for people watching. It is a 4 minute walk to North Beach and 6 minutes to Bunde Bakery. My son and husband fished in the river as well, maybe 3 minute walk away. Great location, comfy beds, nice big porch, very nice owners!
