The staff was great. Honest recommendation for fabulous restaurant just next to the hotel by the sea. Fruit and fresh cooked egg for breakfast was good. Room size was good with load of desk space to use.
It ran out of the robs in the morning when we wanted to use the spa. We were told won't available until 5pm. As a spa hotel, it's quite disappointing.

no wifi in a room I stayed. this is a collection of buildings and some have really no wifi coverage. I guess they do need repeaters. in some weird areas, the beach :) wifi is fine :)

amazing hotel where thermal swimming pool is very with panoramic view, the beach next to the hotel with two best restaurant in Ischia. pretty clean hotel and pleasant italian atmospher.
we had the room 116 and very noisy road with this young people up til late in the morning.

The hotel has a very nice view to The sea, a spa area(small but I guess is ok for who use spa and also a nice swimming pool outside, we only stayed on the beach but i saw alot of people were on the swimming pool as well). Good stuff, very clean and quite.
Breakfast is buffet and the coffee is not to be taken by yourself, you need to ask to stuff.
The beach of the hotel is kind of far, the last one and if your not going early in the morning you will not find places.

The staff were amazing. The spa. Also The breakfast were very good and they have soy milk and you can ask how you prefer your eggs (not esy to find in Italy). The view of the sea from the room and listening to the waves. And the gym also was small but great.

Thermal pool, a very kind and useful receptionist,good location.
1) no hot water in the shower in the evening, 2) someone's long dark hair on my pillow and nails in the basin upon my arrival, 3) as per information from booking page- free entrance to the giardini poseidon thermal park, in fact it's not truth, you have free entrance to another park of totally different quality.

The undoubted advantage of the hotel is its extremely courteous and helpful staff. All of them - managers and clerks at the reception, restaurant staff, drivers and even the chambermaid - made our stay unforgettable.
