L’emplacement. Le lit est confortables.

Pour résumer ils n’ont pas les bases. Pas assez de produits d’hygiène (il faut réclamer pour avoir droit à une dose de savon en plus) en sachant qu’ils n’ont pas remis de savon alors que nous somme resté deux jour et qu’il n’y en avait plus. La salle de bain est vétuste. Quand on demande un changement de serviette lors de la deuxième nuit on nous fait la remarque que ce n’est pas la norme dans un deux étoile. (Déjà c’est la première fois que j’entend ça et deuxièmement il y avait un besoin particulier et je ne pense pas que nous ayons à subir les remarque de qui que ce soit) En parlant des serviettes vous en aurez deux pas plus vous pouvez oublier le lavage des main… (nous en avons réclamé une supplémentaire pour ce besoin et elle nous as été fourni mais cette situation ne devrais pas arriver) Les horaire pour récupérer les chambre ne sont pas souple (15h-19h) et sinon bonne chance.

Gorgeous view, comfortable bed, private balcony overlooking the mountain, very clean bathroom.

No hair dryer or shampoo or conditioner were provided, just one tiny lump of soap which was supposed to be use for hands, body AND washing your hair! Check out was at 10am, a bit early for our tastes! Be aware, you MUST check in before 7pm! Not a problem for us, but I did wonder what people who couldn't be there by 7pm would do!

The view was great

Amazing views, good value with breakfast and has a classic simple mountain meal in the evening there if you don’t want to go out. Plus dog friendly.

It is out of the centre, a short walk, but you need to have a car if you want to go skiing as not on the bus route.

the hotel was lovely and clean with amazing views of samoens and the mountains, staff were very nice!

Room was OK in size for our purpose, but Tea/Coffe facility in room would have been a welcome bonus. The view over the valley was amazing. Breakfast was continental style and on first impression felt limited in scope, however the quality of offering was excellent and we never left needing more in quantity.

The location out of town was not ideal when travelling without own transport, so the offer of a shuttle service (even if it cost extra) would be most welcome.

Hotel so cosy and simple but nice. Beds very comfy hotel asked for extra pillows no problem Loved our bedroom balcony and views were amazing. Lovely couple running hotel Very friendly and let us leave luggage last day so we could go out as we flew later on in the day

The walk up the hill to hotel ! We were only ones without a car. But it was stunning views in our room
