Very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful

Everything was perfect

The staff was super nice and welcoming. That made our stay better :) However the rooms are quite old, the shower was almost falling, the “balcony” was looking to the street where people can literally come in. And there was so much noise that woke us up quite early. Maybe it will be important to ask for an upper floor to avoid all this. The restaurant was really good and they gave us a free Prosecco for staying in the hotel which was a nice touch :).

The perfect location for anyone visiting Santa Teresa gallura! Easy to walk everywhere! And close to the bus stop that takes you to the airport

The bed and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The tv is also super old- smart tv would make it all that much better

The room was spacious, the bathroom very spacious, clean, comfortable, with all amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer etc. The staff lovely and very helpful, would definitely go back.

Pretty decent location

The night we arrived we were told there was an issue with our bathroom and were escorted to a different hotel down the street, which is okay but just inconvenient. A few nights into our stay at Sandalion, there was a sewage issue in our bathroom (same issue as prior so was known by hotel) and strong smell that made our bathroom unusable and they refused to move us till the following day. As we went to pay we asked for discount as we had a very disappointing stay and were forced to move twice. Christian was extremely rude. Firstly, he tried to tell us there was no issue with our bathroom when we were told on the first day by another staff member that the issue was with the bathroom. Secondly, he raised his voice at us refusing to give us any discount and ignoring us as we talked to him. He insisted that 2 free coffees and 8 euros off dinner was adequate compensation for the way we had been treated.

The food was very very good.

Staff were very friendly, the restaurant right downstairs was convenient since we got in late and hadn't eaten dinner. The food was good, and the atmosphere relaxed. Soft sheets:) We booked this last minute, and were thankful they had a room!

The room could have been cleaned a little better, just glass rings on the side tables that should have been wiped down, little things. Not the most comfortable mattress.

The hotel is in a very good location and the attached restaurant has very good food. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are basic but clean.

I think all hotels should have an elevator. Sandalion does not.
