Perfect apartment with a view from the private terrace. Everything needed for the self catering was available. There is a little shop for bread, pastry and other first needs annex bar/pizzeria in walking distance. Pizza also for take away to the apartment. Siena is absolutely fantastic, there is so much to see and admire. The Tuscan surroundings are also very nice to visit when you have a car.

The mattresses are too hard for our taste and feeling. We prefer softer.

The distance from the city center is a dealbreaker, specially at night when there is a need to call a taxi. The kitchen lacked a oven. There was a need to pay extra for doing the laundry.

Very friendly welcome, great location - we enjoyed being able to walk into town and it was easy to get taxis to/from Le Meridiane to the town centre and the station. The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. I would recommend this as a self catering option if you are visiting Siena. Note, we were there out of season so did not use the pool, giant chess board or other amenities on site.

The apartment is relatively basic and a bit old fashioned but works fine. The kitchen is not as well stocked as other places we have stayed but had the basics, including a good bread knife. The lounge area is small in comparison to the rest of the apartment.

The apartment was very spacious with a large private outdoor seating area. The reception staff are excellent - very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy Siena and tour the surrounding area but want to come back somewhere quiet and restful at the end of the day. The bus into central Siena is from a stop around 200m away, buses are every half hour and it takes about 20 minutes into town. From the Residence you have a lovely view of Siena across the valley - it’s only about a mile away as the crow flies. The pool wasn’t open when we stayed (October) but I imagine that it would be great at the end of a hot day in the city to have a nice cooling dip. I would recommend the shop/bar/pizzeria which is about half a mile away - people there were very friendly and the pizzas excellent.

The apartment was just what we were looking for - we decided to extend our stay in Siena - we had been in the centre of the city and wanted somewhere quieter but still with easy access. If I had one small criticism it would be in some ways the apartment/residence looks a little ‘tired’. Everything was clean but the bathrooms could maybe do with some redecoration and this could apply to other places on the site. This didn’t spoil our stay at all - in fact this is not untypical in Italy - and we love Italy all the same!

Very well equiped, comfortable place, with a quite big and clean pool and a few other chillout zones. Good location, easy parking. Fantastic receptionist(s) who gave us plenty of tips about Siena and places around.

The staff are the best thing about this property. Ever smiling, helpful and efficient, I loved them. The apartment was spotlessly clean, was well furnished and had a lovely view.

If you are a writer looking for solitude this is the perfect place. Otherwise the location is inconvenient for tourists and those on business. The property is in a posh residential area at the top of a hill. It is connected to Piazza del Campo by a single bus which comes by every 30 min. You need to go into town for everything including buying groceries for cooking and/or food. If you dine out you must finish by 8.30 p.m. and be at the bus stop by 8.40 p.m. when the last bus goes up. I found this inconvenient.

Good location for views and getting the bus into the city. Good transport for getting out of the city to visit San Gimignano and other beautiful towns/villages. Easy to walk down a nature path and explore the historical centre of Siena. The pool was very clean and a good size with massage jets. There were also plenty of sun loungers with a shower & toilet. We liked the spacious apartment, supply of toiletries and the outside seating. It was also a quiet and relaxing place to stay with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The apartment was clean and in a good position for visiting Siena. The swimming pool was lovely. Coffee was available from a small cafe vending machine on site. The complex was quiet and the reception staff were very helpful

There was sadly a constant traffic noise from Siena in the valley below. The apartment was very basic with a mish mash of cutlery, crockery and furniture. The bathroom furniture was also very basic.

Very close to old Siena, 30 min by foot, 10 min by bus, every 30 min & tickets at the reception. Room quiet, spacious, well provided kitchen. We had nice room with a nice terrace. Beautiful swimming pool. Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent location for touring around Siena (star trip). Excellent covered parking. We would come back

Swimming pool closes at 20:00. To early for travelers like us, especially that in summer it's still day time, and this summer is very hot... Same problem with laundry's room. But sill, we enjoyed the place very much

Underground parking, spacious appartment, inside everything was very clean...

No dishwasher, terras very dirty, no airco, swimming pool dirty, paths in need of a deep cleaning, ...

Loved that the property had a nice view and was a good distance outside of the city yet still accessible. The property had fresh herbs planted around that we collected every morning to make a fresh tea which was very nice.

The pool was not open the first day of our stay and was only open during the hours of reception (10-7)which was not made clear to us so we ended a day early within the city to enjoy the pool only to find it was closed for the day.

Spacious, clean, well equipped and well situated for the bus into Siena. The views.

We liked the location of the apartment, on a hill near the center of Siena with a nice park in the front. The historic city centre is about 25-30 minutes in walking distance. The apartment was quite big. Good WIFI and Free Parking.

Unfortunately the fridge was not leakproof, so we had some water on the floor. The room was a bit too dark and not very modern. The terrace was o.k. but there is not much privacy, because there is no fence to seperate the property.
