The lady at the hotel made us feel like family, friendly, honest and genuine. Really a great host. The shuttle bus to the centre and back (free of charge) was a bonus and made it easier for us to just enjoy our stay and not to worry about transportation.

Cindy had an excellent customer service together with her husband gorge, who was also the driver for free transfer to fira.

We booked this accommodation as it was advertised as two rooms which suited our family. We arrived and what qe got was a bedroom and a loft, if you are more than 1.5mts tall you can stand up. No safety barrier on the balcony children can fall. Pool pump right next door noisy. This property is far away from everything, no restaurants, no shops to buy anything they offer a shuttle service to the main area of thera, but long walk to everything. I complained about room and noise, so we were given a bigger room shower on this room leaked outside causing a tripping hazard. The area around is old and extremely rundown, you feel you are on the wrong side of the tracks. Requested a partial refund, not a full refund and I was told no. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone

Nice hotel, extremely friendly staff, lovely quiet location which was what I was looking for. 30 second walk to small black sand beach with friendly bar. Transport to Fira every 2 hours, from where you can get cheap buses all over the island.

Cindy was nice and helpful those who love beach it's nice close to beach the bus to Fira was bonus

The bus stop near no man's land could be little closer also the crossing the road was a bit dangerous

Staff were very helpful with every question I had! beautiful location 1 minute walk form Yalos Santorini beach bar that had amazing food and good for a night out so close! Free shuttle bus every couple hours from hotel and back was very handy 😃

Wasn’t able to use room towels for pool so had to buy one but that’s about the only thing everything else made up for it.

Cindy was an amazing host and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. What a beautiful soul. I even made a mistake in booking only one night instead of 2. Cindy provided us with a quick solution for the first night... We even got an upgrade. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Its a little far away from the Fira Centre but the shuttle service from the hotel is appreciable.

The property was near beach yalos… it was a bit far from fira bus stop but they have shuttle service so it is quite good to stay at this hotel. hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was good as well

I did not know about the shuttle service and so I had to walk from fira to the hotel. The service was not mentioned to me properly before my stay

My balcony was fabulous, had a great view of the pool and sea. Also the free shuttle bus was great to get to and from Fira.
