Host was lovely and the view was to die for. Our lovely host helped carry our luggage to the room which was awesome.
Only issue with our stay was due to the spa not fully working (heating). Managed to get an hour out of it on our final night.

If you want privacy and quiet while still being in reach of everything, stay here. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Fira and about 2 min to a few local shops of Firostefani. Stunning views of the Caldera and not overloaded with tourists like Fira or Oia. Interiors have a unique style, a mix of traditional/modern but they are clean and comfortable. Waking up and heading to Galini Cafe for breakfast was a real treat. Thanos our host provided the most responsive and reliable communication, thank you!
The outdoor area faces directly into the sunset, this can be a pro or a con depending on your preference. Would be a 10 if there was a shaded area and hottub on the balcony.

the most amazing location and such a good host! Thanos was absolutely awesome and gave us great recommendations. Firostefani is such a good place to stay, not as crowded and such beautiful sunsets.

Great location, spacious villa and great view of the caldera and volcano.
Have a Jaccuzi would have been great given such a spacious villa.

We stayed at Dimitrios Cave House at the very beginning of the season.
Communication with the property manager was extremely smooth. He was waiting for us at the parking lot on arrival and took us to the apartmement; he suggested numerous restaurants and places to visit, which was very appreciated as it was our first stay on the island. We ended up spending most of our time at the apartment, mostly on the terrace from which the view is stunning.
Slightly cold inside in the morning - a small radiator would have been appreciated but this wouldn't be an issue during the warmer months.

This property was in great location. Our host Thanos was very helpful and kind. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants and even thing things to do within our stay. The sunset was amazing just right outside our house. I would highly recommend the hospitality was beyond exceptional 😁.

Beautiful apartment, very big bedroom and dining room. Great bathroom. Private, amazing views, close to a range of restaurants and shops. 15min walk to Fira town centre.

Stylish accommodation in a fantastic location! The host Thanos was great and had lots of tips about excursions, restaurants and lots of information about the history of the region! The location is quiet and yet very central! Fira and numerous restaurants are within walking distance!

The cave house is well designed and furnished, there’s everything you need for a couple - the kitchen is well equipped, too. We loved hanging out on the terrace and just enjoying that breathtaking view over the caldera and the village.
There is only a parasol for shade so if it’s windy you won’t be able to put it up.

For me, a third time visitor to island, it provided a very complete, jet set like vibe I didn’t expect, an incredible value. Can’t wait to back …ASAP.

Just couldn't have been better, from the moment we arrived we were in the awe of this place,
Based in stefastani it's quiet and peaceful but equally 10 minutes walk from.the hussle and bustle of fira.
The cave is on the cliff and facing the cadera, just couldn't have been more picturesque.

Everything...it was a dream...the position, the view..the apartment...and John..who gave us so many good suggestions! This is not my first time in Santorini and i can say that it is the best position ever for caldera view and sunset.
