Helpful staff, nice food

Location was useful for parking but on the edge of an industrial estate

The staff were welcoming, efficient and very friendly. The menu was excellent value for money

Hotel was very clean and the bedroom was large with a bed comfortable. Nice bathroom and large shower. Didn't eat in the restaurant but had a few drinks at the bar. Nice outside seating area but view was trucks & buildings. Plenty of grass areas for walking the dogs. Young lad who served at the bar and on reception was very nice & helpful, he didnt speak much English but we got by with Google translator.

TomTom could not find the Hotel as there was confusion with the address. Hotel is in the middle of a Logistical Estate which we were not aware of. There was no kettle in the room for tea/coffee making, I emailed the hotel a few days before arrival to ask the question and received a reply a couple of days after our stay.

Location is unusual - next to a lorry park but good if passing through. I would stay here again.

Effective easy-to-operate air conditioning (weather was very hot), very clean room and en-suite, good choice of breakfast

Not easy to find, on a big industrial estate so traffic noise day and night, my room was above bar terrace so voices heard (even with window shut) until 10.45 and from 06.30

Clean and nice staff

It was in an industrial area. Our sat nav couldn't find it. We worried if it was a safe area. The hotel was clean but the bar area was full of dirty glasses I think they were understaffed. On the bar there was a length of wood with nails sticking up to stop people leaning over, I've never seen anything like this!!
