Location, room size and very good wifi (thanks to a modern hood wifi entry points installed in many places).

Poor breakfast (see photos). Cleaning was fair but could be better.

People, location, sound proof (baby could sleep), the staff was amazing big shout out to Barbara!

I wish there would be a swimming pool.

The staff first and foremost. Outstanding; very helpful, assisting and friendly. Rooms were very clean and the view from the breakfast room was stunning. Coffees were very good. So amazingly close to the beach! Prime location, away from the city center so it’s not loud but still very close.

Room not as expected from the photos; smaller and a bit lack of light since the only natural light source was the door where you would have the blinds closed so no one could look into your room. Neighboring rooms were loud but I think that’s just the cards you are dealt with.

Overall hotel is in a great location and front desk service is really nice. There are some strange rules which fit more to a guest house than a hotel. For instance u need to order what u want for breakfast day before (choice is limited), u are asked to shower your feet when coming from the beach. Then few other problems: shower is microscopic size, anyone wearing size XL and bigger will not fit in. Terrace where breakfast is served has a roof shade only on 2 out of 6 tables, it seems like an easy fix just add more fabric on top of terrace, just no one did it. Last but not least at the restaurant we asked if we can get a drink only (no food) serving lady was ok with it, but another server asked us out when we sat down... so not really nice. I don’t think I would be coming back.

Location

Everything was PERFECT : kindness and readiness of the owners, location very close to the beach , excellent breakfast. We deeply recommend the Krimar Hotel if you stay in San Vito Lo Capo.

The guy in the reception was very friendly and nice. This cannot be said about the guy who served breakfast. Showed little motivation.

The room was not like booked and indicated in the pictures. We took the double room. Bathroom for example was totally another one like we had in the end. This is also a message to Booking.com: isn’t it also your responsibility to check the hotels indicated in your homepage?!? Also it was indicated continental breakfast. We came in the last quarter of the time window for breakfast. No meat, cheese, eggs and imagine: no black Tea. We spoke with the hotel about it. They gave us the opportunity to get an upgrade to a better room. But beside we would have had to pack our things and move it would have been to pay as well. We did not got it: first it was a trap and then we should also pay to get at least what we wanted to have before.
