Really nice terrasse overlooking the harbour. Staff immensely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fine, being a typical Continental breakfast. Great location for the town centre, with lots of restaurants and shops, and very convenient for the ferries.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, as was the pillow. To get the terrasse you have to climb 4 sets of stairs - with luggage. Hotel was difficult to find, even on Google maps as the entrance was on a side alley.

The staff where very friendly and the room we asked for was available. Room number 4 with the amazing views and terrence. I can just imagine how great it would be in the summer.
There is an issue with no parking but once we found the hotel, the assistance with the car was excellent. I needed to go to work in the morning, and the car would be collected from the over night parking and parked very close to the hotel.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice.
This is our own fault, not being as fit as we thought we are, after reading reviews we requested room 4 which is at the top of the hotel. And with no lift it was a climb each time.

Friendly host, very cosy and big size room. We booked one night for the ferry early next day. Perfect location. Breakfast was simple but good.
The city is a bit noisy at night, even around 1am. The hotel windows are not well sound-proof.

LOVED everything. Facilities were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, staff was so incredible. Ask for room #4, which is the top floor room for an incredible view of the water.
Air conditioning was turned off after they came in to clean and when we got back to our room, it was incredibly hot in the room but the air conditioning was quick to work again to bring the temperature down.

Very nice view from the terase, accomodation close to ferry. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our room had a panoramic terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples, as well as a picture window that allowed us to watch the sun set and rise over the bay. The staff were super helpful - one joined my partner in our car to direct her to the right place to park. The hotel is very conveniently located if you are planning on taking an early ferry to Ischia. We really enjoyed our stay.

So close to the harbour and all the restaurants, convenient if you need to get a ferry to the islands.
Great rooftop terrace with a view over the port, and breakfast was served there for us:)
Big room as well
Cleanliness could be improved, dome dust on the floor. Bath was also leaking therefore making noise.
One night there was a thunderstorm and water came into the room. We had to ask to clean.
Also breakfast didn’t have much choice, you have to like the fat (though nice once in a while) cornettos every day. They say we can ask what we want and they adapt but the next morning they didn’t have the cereals and served the same cornetto as they had « lost » our paper.
It seems to be a rather good standard for southern Italy though…
