The staff is beyond excellent!

cocktail, snack time on executive lounge and breakfast; gym open in early morning time. location is convenient for a walk to historical attractions

the bathroom walk way was too narrow and my son’s head got hit by the door. one day also cleaning lady forgot to finish off her cleaning leaving the mob and unwashed coffee cup in the sink.

Staff at check in was not very attentive (did not even great us), pool only had 4 sun chairs

The room was nice, staff accommodating and helpful, location very good. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay but the staff went out of their way to resolve it and we forgot about it quickly

That the Spa looks like it is part of the hotel. It isn't; but that isn't clearly communicated. We only learnt about it when going for our treatment. Not bringing anything, we were presented with the bill and credit card machine upon arrival. I asked to charge it to the room, which is when we were told its not part of the hotel and we have to pay now. Overall, communication with the Spa staff was difficult from booking to end as most didn't speak English. I understand this is not really the hotel but its on their premise and the impression is that is a hotel spa.

Excellent room on 20th floor at the end of the building gave us a 90 degree (4 large windows) view of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable with all you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Sky bar and Mad Cow restaurant were great. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

Professional staff, great effort to personalise their service. Clean room. Shower has very good water pressure.

Location is about 1km away from most tourist attractions. However, you can easily get a grab/gojek if you decide not to walk.

Internet connection and WIFI in my room sometimes came to a halt for 1-2 minutes

No minibar even after paying a 3 million deposit Pool was freezing cold

Room was very small. Booked this for a work trip but there was no desk and chair, so had to work from the bed
