I came to Jakarta for work and I kid you not, Fraser Residence Menteng has everything I needed to relax after a full-on day of catching flights and work meetings.
The place is located so close to Plaza Indonesia which ofc super ideal for my work meetings and it’s so easy for an online cab driver to find.
I absolutely love how homey and cozy the studio and also the one-bedroom apartment. The room was huge and nicely decorated, I love how they make it minimalist unlike most aparthotel where the interior can look bit too tacky.
The room was absolutely clean and complete with all the amenities needed for me to chill, cook, etc. Everything was clean and exactly how they present it online.
In addition to rooms, their service is off the roof! Quick response, very polite, super friendly and helpful.
Definitely will come back and stay at Fraser Residence Menteng when I have to go back to Jakarta 👍🏽

There was an aweful smell coming from the toulet which affected the entire apartmen. Everytime when we return back into the apartmen, we are always greeted by a bad smell. Either from the toilet or washing machine.

Nicely designed. Enjoyed the pool, gym and breakfast/dining area.
Room like a mini apartment. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the bath.
Rooms could be better soundproofed being so close to a mosque.

Service was good and breakfast was acceptable except its probably best to have the buffet spread covered since there was a crowd during weekends and many were chattering over the food.
Only the gym was nice. The rest were about 4 stars but cleanliness was acceptable. The room did not include all the facilities such as towels etc and needs to be requested. Toiletries are not automatically topped up as well unless requested.

I booked 3 bedroom unit for 3D2N for my family, unfortunately we've been informed that our unit not available becouse of renovation things. However Ms Yuri offer me 1 unit of 1 bedroom type and 1 unit of 2 bedroom type. All Staffs are nice and friendly. Thanks to them.
I and my family loved staying at Frasser Residence Menteng, we had best experience of family gathering. our room are very spacious yet comfortable and best view. We used free shuttle bus to Grand Indonesia. my family enjoy their breakfast. My children are having fun at swimming pool and kids facility.
definitely we stay here again for the next familycation. Thank you.

The property was clean and well maintained. Pool, gym, sauna and bathroom facilities were very high standard and all in working order when we stayed. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
Food selections for breakfast became a bit boring after a few days.

The covers of the bed are not clean and torn. Four times, I ask to change the mattress, and every time, they bring an unclean mattress and deceive the resident with it as new, and in fact, it is not. Breakfast is poor from Asian cuisine and is not suitable for Arabs.

Pet friendly, took my poedle and yorkiepo for New Year's staycation.
The slow response when it comes to room service, requested body soap and shampoo, and face tissue paper, took very long to provide the items and need to call more than twice for a simple request.
Very limited area for pet to even stroll around, only a small backyard near the parking lot available for pets.
Hot water is not even hot, just luke warm.
Very dusty under the bed, it seems never get cleaned.
Building interior detoriated, wallpaper peeling off. Oven is not working. Not too well maintained considering the price given.

one of the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed. the photo doesn’t do the justice of the apartment. staff are very very helpful, professional and nice.
the only thing is that the location was abit far. believe me 4km in Jakarta can take you half an hour. However, grab is easily assessable so not a big issue to me. overall love my stay and will definitely be back!
