De ligging op loopafstand van de shoppingmall Sarinah.

Wat wij vroeger gewend waren is NIET meer zo. Het ontbijt was zeer karig bijna slecht te noemen. Omelet / gekookte ei was bijna dagelijks niet te verkrijgen. Het zicht naar buiten was vroeger mogelijk maar tegenwoordig zijn de ramen geblindeerd. Met als reden dat de mensen op straat van buiten naar binnen kunnen kijken. Het restaurant is op de 1e etage...hoezo naar binnen kijken..

Location - very close to major food outlets

The staff at the reception are not friendly and helpful. We thought the fridge in the room was working, but actually not, just for storing dry things. We were told to go the the reception so that they can help to store in a chiller or freezer. However, the reception people were quite hesitant and thought it was a nuisance. On another occasion, an elderly man was carrying the luggage down the stairs to catch a taxi, no hotel staff gave a hand even though some were standing at the door and another at the parking area. It's not a suitable hotel for elderly or disabled, unless they improve !!

Location is perfect. Close to a street food. It has lil cafe where you can get coffee and snacks

Located in strategic area and easy to get public transportation. Friendly staffs and a good place for transit

Rooms were very clean

That you hear really close the speakers from the mosque, so if you're not used to it it will wake you up early in the morning and won't be silent until 22.30 or so..

The staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is nearby public transport, bus Station MH Thamrin, a little further is MRT Station and about 5minutes Grab ride to Tanah Abang. There's street food across from the hotel and Sarinah is also within walking distance. The room is great, clean and spotless, albeit a little small.

The shower door is transparent, would be awkward for group of friends. Breakfast is so-so, Wifi is great. Supposed check in at 2pm, but the housekeeping wasn't done earlier so we were stuck at the lobby until 3.30pm.
