Great location, just outside Assisi (about 15 mins walk) surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lovely pool and seating areas all around the house. Very calm atmosphere and really helpful staff, who met all of my needs, even though they spoke only Italian and I didn't ;)

Beautiful villa, 300 yards from old Assisi. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfectly located outside of town 15 minute walk to downtown Assisi. Beautiful views from the room with nice seating area outside. The staff was welcoming and very nice. Breakfast was also delicious! Wish we could’ve stayed longer than 1 night!

very good value, very clean, and in a lovely and quiet area right outside of town. if you like delicious cake for breakfast, you are in luck!

there were very large holes in the window screens that allowed mosquitoes in. I had to stuff Kleenex in the holes to keep the bugs out. also the lady who runs the place only appeared to be polite to the guests who spoke Italian. she seemed quite annoyed that we didn’t speak Italian (though we certainly didn’t expect her to speak English and tried our best to communicate via google translate and miming.) Her daughter in law was nice however.

It has beautiful views and a great pool. It’s an easy walk into the city. It looks even better then in the pictures!

All properties need to have bath mats and grab bars in the bathrooms to prevent slips and falls

Breakfast very good but lady who served it doesn't speak english but we were able to communicate. Localisation is perfect to visit Assisi at all times od day.
