The hotel is huge. There is a pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

There is construction outside. How that the construction will improve accessibility to the hotel in the future

Breakfast for room service was well prepared, may be a little too much, but it was good. The buffet breakfast spread was good!! The staff at the breakfast outlet were so friendly, polite and they never cease to give their warmest smile!! Well done you all!! Front Office staff, Mr Annas has the most wonderful and warmest smile, if only all the front office staff had his smile and friendly attitude! Thank you Mr Annas for the friendly and positive attitude when a guest approaches you! Kudos to you!!

The room was ok only, some places were not cleaned properly, especially the telephone. If you swipe your finger across the telephone, the dust looks like it has not been cleaned at all...the dust was terrible. The worst part is the front office staff!! Upon check in, (around 2pm), was told the room was not ready, which I accepted as check in time was 3pm, so the staff informed me that he will send me a WhatsApp message once my room was ready, I waited until nearly 4pm, still no message, till I had to go to him (Hilmi, was his name), then only he said, "oh ya, your room is ready'. Then when my key was given, no directions to tell me how to get to the elevator, I had to find my own way, as it was my first time to the hotel! And he did not even tell me how to sign on to the wifi when I'm in my room, worse of all, there was NO SMILE, all throughout the check in!! Upon check out, Ms Rachael was very unprofessional!! As my room was already prepaid, therefore I had incidental charges, she did tell me what I consumed, so I said please print out and show me what I had, she did not. I, then said that Mr Hilmi took my card for guarantee, please check if there was any amount taken, she looked at it and never showed me, she just put away the imprint!! I kept asking her, was there anything charged, but she totally ignored my question!! Then she asked for my card and did the necessary process, still WITHOUT SHOWING me my bill!! Everything was put in an envelope and that was it!! I had to say thank you to her, she did not response back and did not even say, "Hope to see you again!" My worst ever experience staying in a 5Star hotel!!

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Makan Kitchen is good as always. We loved the poolside too!

There wasnt mineral or even drinking water provided in the room

Clean & they provide excellent service.

Lack good quality breakfast food. Noodles soup station was meh. Same goes for western & Malay cuisine.

Breakfast was superb and in house dining( room service)

It would be better if there is more friendly wheel chair bound / stroller accessibility . Thank you.

everything was good incl buffet dinner and jacuzzi

nothing in particular. but if i were to say anything it would be that the hotel room has a panel that allows us to connect our laptop to tv via hdmi cable and to connect laptop with LAN cable for more stable internet than wifi. however, when we asked reception for such cables, they didnt have them. seems weird to have the interface ready but not the actual cables?

Food was fine.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. After registering us, the receptionist asked us to go out and return at 3 p.m. The toilet door could not be locked from inside. No one at the lobby main door to open door or to assist with luggage.

All. Friendly staff. always helpful. keep it up. restaurant wide range of breakfast.

it's getting abit old. Carpet can do some cleaning. Some reading light would be great. otherwise it's a small spot light from the ceiling I guess.
