Design hotel with very friendly staf

The staff was extremly helpful and kind. The rooms were elegant and the handwrited welcoming note was really special. The breakfast was varied and nicely presented. The rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. All the furniture was beautiful, they matched each other in style. The staff provided some refreshments for the traveling home. I will choose this hotel again next time. 10/10 :)

Me and my wife went to Amadria Park Hotel Royal in beautiful Opatija to celebrate her birthday. I communicated that to hotel staff and they prepared her beautiful surprise waiting for us in the room (cake with candle, champagne, fresh oranges juice and nice note with best wishes). No need to mention that we were thrilled! The entire hotel staff, from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning lady are very very professional and helpful, and we felt welcome on every step in the hotel! Hotel itself as well as rooms are really clean, sea view is beautiful (you see entire Kvarner bay from room), and breakfast is perfect! everything was perfect during our two day stay and we are looking forward to returning in Amadria Park Hotel Royal!

The friendliness of the staff; the cleanliness of the hotel including our room. Breakfast buffet was very good.
We sometimes had to wait 10 minutes till we could order, when we had breakfast outside. That was the only blemish.

Nice view from the room (you really need to have the sea-view room in this hotel). The room is newly renovated and has stylish decor and is a good size. The breakfast was also very nice and all the staff in the hotel is very friendly.
When wonting to reserve the loungers at the hotel beach we were told all is booked in advance, so this did not make us happy as the reason we chose this hotel was the private beach. When we talked about this with the hotel manager Mrs Petra she explained the situation and gave us a cabana for the day, which was a really nice gesture and we really apprechiated it, so thank you again Petra for your help in this matter.

AC in the room not working well， room temperature reach to 29 degree. Called receiption but no one technician could come to fix it...no other room could change... It's a free sauna room service.

Really nice location and views from the room directly at the sea (room with sea view a must). The hotel in newly renovated, nice modern design. The staff was also very accomodating and below the hotel there is a nice private beach.
