The most magical combination of comfort, charm, tranquility, hospitality and location. Chris and Gordana are brilliant and interesting people, always there to offer exceptional recommendations and advice for your stay on beautiful Ikaria. Will definitely be returning. .....Chris' wine is some of the best you'll taste, on or off the island.

Having to leave was very difficult.

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the time l arrived on the island, Xristos the owner was very helpful when it came to renting a car and getting to his place. The location is amazing. So many places around to explore with Cusco as a base. Very hospitable, friendly, accommodating. Top notch experience. If you are going to Ikaria and need to book accommodation, you can stop searching. Book this one and you won't regret it!

Everything was perfect! Chris is the ultimate host, he welcomed us at 5:30am and let us check in the studio, he drove us to the supermarket to buy groceries, told us stories about Ikaria and even offered us local wine & beer. What more could one ask for! And besides, the studio is really spacious, the view is amazing and you feel you can truly experience the island like a local - a secret paradise, a greek utopia. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, but I hope we can come back for a week or more in the future

I liked everything about the property. Chris, the owner, made sure everything was perfect. When there was the threat of rain he offered an umbrella. He had a large map of the island with must see areas. I would not have gone to some of those fantastic places without his knowledgeable suggestions! The property is beautiful and sits looking out at the stunning Aegean off Campos Beach. You rise and fall to the sights and sounds of the sea. I’ve stayed all over the world and no place is better than this. It is so clean and welcoming. I stayed there 6 nights and was nearly in tears having to say goodbye. You’ll be great by Poofy the cat night and day. So cute! He won’t bother you but may give a meow. The woman who. Leans the rooms does a first-rate job. She is awesome and fully professional. Chris, the owner, is a talented composer. When I was leaving today he gifted me a CD of his work. I listened to it countless times. It must draw inspiration from the sea or the lovely grounds! Honestly, I had so many places to choose from and I made the right decision with this property. Perfectly situated, you can easily get to tavernas, the supermarket and first class beaches, etc.As I would recommend to anyone coming to a carrier, get a rental car! This island is incredible and you want to see all parts of it! From Utopia-Cusco Studios, you can! You can go north, south, even through the mountain to the other coast, nearby. The place I stayed had a lovely, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and an amazing main room that opened on to sea views. There was even a fireplace and awesome pine ceiling that I would love to have at home. I loved, loved, loved this property! I am so lucky to have found it. As I drove around the island this week I thought, “Wow, I am so lucky I picked Ikaria Utopia-Cusco Studios!” Look no further! This is the place! Next year I want my sisters to return with me. It is too special not to share it!

The nice views from the room, the location near armenistis and also evdilos with the beach very close, just 2min walking. The host was a very friendly person, he gave us the best recomentations of beachs and restaurants. If we come back, we'll repeat here!

Chris the owner was most accommodating and friendly He gave us a lot of information on the history of Ikaria and Kambos, as well as many tips on things to do and places to eat. The studio was spacious and the balcony was great for dining, sipping wine and reading. Utopia is just above the small bay of Kambos with a great view of the sea and stairs leading down to a wonderful quiet and calm beach. Utopia cusco studios is the place I would stay when I return to Ikaria.

Amazing location, wonderful hosts

It was an absolutely perfect stay with great hospitality. Probably the best apartment and most lovely host I have ever had on vacation.

The WiFi wasn’t the best but it worked and I didn’t need it that much because everything is so nice and beautiful there you don’t need to be online all the time.

Christos is a fantastic hosts with a lot of different talents. He explained us a lot about the island of Ikaria. The apartment is very nice with a great view. We will come back.

We loved everything! The location, the view and the peaceful setting. The fact that there is direct access to the beach is also great! The hosts are incredibly nice and were always available to help us, and made us feel at home.

The facilities were very nice and clean, our room was fully equipped and spacious, decorated with both traditional and artistic taste. The property was in a picturesque and calm area and at the time there was an exhibition at the art gallery. Our host, Christos, was very kind, he gave us very valuable information as long as we arrived about the things we can do in the island, the places and the restaurants we can visit and the history of Icaria. Also he treated us with fresh fruits from his garden and wine from his cellar. Everyone was very friendly and I strongly recommend your stay at Cusco Studios

The room was wonderful, with great view at the beach. The room was fully equipped. daily room cleaning. Τhe location was ideal. Τhe host (Christos) was very friendly, helpful and generous. I highly recommend it!
