Cleanliness Location Vibe

It was not value for money Also i got confused for sea view with beach view And i got very ordinary room facing restaurant hut top Was very disappointed Water current was very low, when asked about the same at reception, nobody helped Hut was very very small

Rococo Pelton is located at the Palolem Beach and this is what makes this Resort one of the best in the area. Location - Superb Staff - Good Facilities - Ok Food - Good Cleanliness - Staff would broom the entire Resort everyday every morning. That was a plus specially when it's next to the beach.

There were a couple instances where we didn't have water in the room. That was a big minus. The owner said that the hotel had become operational just a week ago so considering his explanation we bought it but yes, 24 hour water supply for any Resort or hotel is a must.

Many things to like - The view from the rooms (beach facing one),friendly service, a few steps away from the waves, parking (could be crowded during rush seasons; though they have dedicated parking spots), cleanliness. Internet connectivity was good, did not use the wi-fi much, but it worked fine. Located in the comparatively less crowded and cleaner corner of the beach.

Not many,I had to think harder to list out the dislikes. Okay, food could improve, also slightly heavier on the pocket. A bunch of very noisy group was spoiling the vibe one evening. The staff could have been little proactive there. But it happened one time only, so forgiven! And yes, there were power cuts. Blame Goa Electricity Board for that 😕. But who cares, no one is there to stay indoor (and only the AC/wifi stops btw during cuts).

Courteous Staff, Great and comfortable cottages in good location, delicious food and most importantly the smile on every staff face. Special Thanks to Mr. Ram Soman for.making stay a memorable one.

Location of the property is awesome.. Allotted room right opp beach and had great experience. Had a delicious breakfast;

Room size should have been bigger; need to check on AC before room was allotted

Facilities were not maintained properly, AC was not working properly, and water issues .

With this price facilities should be better and it's overpriced is what I felt.

The view from sea view rooms is fine, the restaurant top is the spoiler for the sea view.

Friendly staff. Food was superb. All the menus item were fairly priced. Very nice location. Love the ambience ,love the crowd.

No mini fridge in the room.

they rooms are shacks and don’t have all the amenities but that is also normal

1. the table was not clean. there ants moving on top of it 2. the bed was making alot of noise 3. fan and AC went completely off at night. it was really hard to sleep 4. too many mosquitoes 5. washroom was not hygienic 6. Food quality

Food and Staff

The AC in our room was not working and we were charged AC room prices. There is some wiring/ electricity leakage issue (touching the bathroom pipe was giving us an electric shock!). High risk of electricution.
