The location is perfect, next to the slope and near shops and restaurants.

The response time by the property management/contact person is very slow. Our check in was delayed by 1 hour due to the error by the focal person who gave wrong passcode for the entry. we tried to contact him/her but was not able to reach him/her through mobile phone, landline, email, whatsapp and etc. and given that Andorra have an expensive roaming rate, we had incurred considerable cost to turn on our roaming in order to try to reach the management/focal person to no avail. Stranded for about 1 hour due to this problem, with small kids around is not a pleasant experience at all. Afterwards, we had a problem where the heater in main bedroom was not working. again the focal person was not contactable and we had to sleep in quit cold condition in the master bedroom. the focal person only responded on the next day. i think this is very unprofessional behavior/practice. the bathroom is in a bit of a mess as all the cleaning tools (mop, broom etc) was stored in the corner next to the shower. does not look pleasing at all. the apartment should find a better place to store it. the television could be upgraded. i dont know how you can survive in current age without having a basic smart tv that can play netflix. nowadays, you can purchase a basic and decent smart tv for as little as less than 200 euros.

the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, exactly as described and in perfect location with great mountain views

The location was perfect, and had an amazing view of mountain. Perfect little size for what we wanted had all what we needed.

The toaster wasn’t working correctly but this was so miner and wasn’t a bother.
