The location is the best point of this apartment. It is in the very centre of the town. There is a free underground parking, and safe as well. There is a beautiful balcony (though we could not use it in winter). The kitchen has the basic equipment and it is functional. The living room is together with the kitchen, so it is spacious and light as it opens to the balcony. There is a small separate bedroom (without a door). The bedroom is, though, a bit narrow (for us no problem as we are no giants). The bathroom was ok. The apartment is on the first floor, so you can walk up the stairs easily, but there is an elevator, too. The host was helpful.

Not too much to complain about. Maybe the bedroom is the weakest point as the bed is short a bit. There are no connectors in the bedroom and the switch for the lamp is far from the bed and there is no other source of light. And there is not too much space to place your luggage. As for TV channels, we could find only French ones (not a big problem either). So nothing you cannot survive.

Good location, perfect for a few days in Beaune. Nice shower, kitchen was well equiped and a good couch to relax on.

The apartment was calm and quiet, but very well placed in the center of Beaune. It got very dark with the shutters, which was great for sleeping! The parking was really well organized, too.

As others have noted, the bed is a bit small (but not width wise, rather length wise). Not a huge deal unless you're very tall !

Everything was very nice, from the location to the hosts who gave us very useful info about what there is to do in the area. The terrace is a big plus.we would definitely come back!

Perfect location, well equipped apartment

The apartment was spotless and in an excellent location. It was very well equipped and the host made us feel welcome on arrival and was very knowledgeable of the area. A huge bonus was the underground car parking space that was free and in the enxr building. We would highly reccomend it but suggest the Air conditioning is upgraded for the summer months.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was a fan which was unable to cope with the heat at the time we were there. This meant that sleeping was uncomfortable and we didn't spend much time in the apartment during the day.

Central location, comfortable and warm. Well equipped kitchen and a good shower. Very helpful owner.

Bedroom a little small but that was not a problem for us.
