Excellent house - stayed there for work purposes while officiating at the Firework Championships in Southport. Nice and secluded but with amenities nearby.
Rooms are great - very spacious and the beds large and comfortable. 4 large bedrooms (3 double - 1 single) Open plan style downstairs with kitchen - dining room and sitting area / lounge.
Facilities excellent, again the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
Parking space amazing, more than enough room for our cars and the motorhomes staying on site.
Shall definitely be re-booking it was that good.
Having to leave and go back to the office again!
No dislikes from any of us that I can recall.

Love this place so much, was our 2nd visit and looking to book again for next year.
The whole house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine.

It is a beautiful, clean house with plenty of facilities and very spacious.

Description only mentioned one bathroom which was a concern, but in fact there was one shared bathroom, one ensuite, and a cloakroom so there were plenty.

Stayed here for Christmas with the family, property was clean, spacious and well equipped. There was a Christmas tree put up for us and Christmas decorations which was a lovely touch. Great communication with owners and easy key lock box to access on arrival. Will be staying again, perfect family get away.

Great location - short trip to the motorway. Ideally sited for us to 'do' the North West (Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool etc.)
Very spacious accommodation. Well equipped. Really clean, throughout. Would recommend - especially for a larger group or family.
Would of liked a bigger T.V. - especially in the lounge but, not too big a deal.

The property was very spacious, in excellent condition and had plenty of space around for the children to play. It suited our needs very well and exceeded our expectations. I would really recommend this property for a family holiday.

Loads of room. Quite location and very private. Large rooms very comfortable.
Hardly any outdoor lighting so arriving after sundown it's pitch black. Not enough to do for kids outdoors. A swing and slide set would make it so much better.

Turning right on to main road from the property (Back Lane) was a blind turning and potentially dangerous

Location was great to use as a base for visiting other areas. Loads of space in the house, beds comfortable. Owners were very helpful when internet stopped working.
There was no guest hand soap in each of the toilet facilities.
Should be an essential for using toilet facilities especially during Covid pandemic for hand hygiene.

The location was great. Its withing a nice walk to a lovely town and very quiet location. The rooms are all of a good size with the master being on the ground floor with its own onsuite. The 2 doubles upstairs had a seating area and they were great for the boys and their partners. It a great place for a larger family although it could do with a second fridge to keep the beers in. Thankyo for letting us stay and we will be using it again.
The only thing to know the road leading in is on a sharp bend. Out back is a working garden nursery so they start work in the week early. Weekends not a problem
