The place was lovely and peaceful, scenery was amazing! Hotel exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely too!

This is one of the best b&bs we have stayed at! The staff were all so helpful, friendly and accommodating! The bedroom was so spacious and the bed was amazingly comfy! Totally worth the money! The breakfast was also fantastic!! And the location including the views were breathtaking! Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again!

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff, lovely breakfast and wonderful surroundings.

The toilet was a little unclean on arrival which was a shame, as every other aspect was impeccably clean. Also could have done with an iron in the room - one was available on request but we couldn’t find the staff to ask as they were busy elsewhere.

the views was amazing , didn’t realise they lodges , or would have booked , the lack of sign posting , plus literally there is nowhere to buy anything or alcohol , so packing everything is a must !

The setting in beautiful countryside and the excellent job of converting a farm into very comfortable accommodation.

Probably outside owner's control but roadworks meant I travelled a good distance on the route I had chosen from nearest settlement before I found the road blocked. Had to go back and try a different route after ringing the accommodation about my problem.

Sheet on bed constantly coming off at corners and plastic mattress protector made for restless sleep. Radiator in bathroom was extremely hot. Some noise from the room above .

The property is situated overlooking the hills of Yorkshire and is stunningly. The rooms are done well, lovely breakfast served by friendly staff who will help with anything. Water left each day, biscuits too. Tea and coffee provided downstairs in the breakfast area which you could help yourself too.

Room 4 has a very small TV and is difficult to hear and see, I appreciate this probably is a difficult one to address but as the property is no where within walking distance to a pub, we found it hard to watch. The bottom sheet on the King size bed was forever coming off, suggesting that it was not big enough, we gave up in the end.
