Staff were very friendly and gave us good tips on what to see in Bordeaux

Lack of helpfulness from staff. Parking at rear had too walk good distance with bags etc because they wouldn’t open the rear gates. Place was long way from and facilities.

The only thing that could have been better was location. Tram stop is literally right out the front but it’s about 25 mins into the city center.

An ideal place to stay in a hotel and feel at home. There is a kitchen right in the room where you can cook almost anything. Very original design. Good parking nearby.

Perfect hotel for the price. You’ve got clean and modern studio with bathroom and kitchen. Quiet area with contemporary architecture. Tram station right down the building.

Staff were great, location was great for me heading to Spain and this was just off ring road of Bordeaux. Free parking. Very clean.
Air vent in bathroom stayed on all night. Was on 4th floor on a Friday night and some youths were in the corridor talking, laughing, banging doors, drunk at 2am...bad experience.

The reception was not friendly.
The ground in the studio was not clean.
There are not enough utensils for cooking and dining for two people.
There was only one medium towel and one small towel for two people.
The elevator was out of order, as was the kitchenette exhaust.
The bed had no comfort and made a lot of noise when I moved.
