Nous avons une nouvelle table de billard / snooker et une petite salle sensorielle pour tous les parents qui ont des enfants ayant des besoins supplémentaires.

Very spacious and clean house. Very well equipped kitchen with nice little touches. Games room kept kids entertained, only downside was as it is in the basement the room smells of damp. Kids didn’t seem to mind it though. One of the neighbours keeps a dog outside at night so barks through the night. Overall a great stay and I would stay there again

What a great find!!!! Everything was brilliant, the house itself was like a home from home….anything you needed they have thought of!! The location was perfect we only used the car once during our stay to travel to Gorleston. Communication from Melvyn was excellent.
Our circumstances for coming to Great Yarmouth were not the best but we still managed to have a great stay and Melvyn was very conciderate of our circumstances and we really appreciated that. I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here and definitely stay again myself.

We had a wonderful stay.
The property was very clean and had everything we could need for our stay plus more.
The hosts were extremely thoughtful and left little touches for the kids which was nice.
Their communication was fantastic and even let us know that the property was ready early.
Only one tiny downside, it was quite noisy of a night in the rooms at the front of the property, traffic and talking but nothing major.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

Really lovely house with everything you need and more. Check in process was great, we got an email saying we could get in early which was a bonus. Had fun reliving my teenage years on the retro games console! The only negatives were that the pub noise went on a bit late on the Friday, and the basement hadn't been fully cleaned and there were a few cobwebs. Great overall though.

Extremely clean and well kitted out in every room - kitchen, toys, baby equipment. Bedrooms set up well with plugs, lamps, mirrors near a set of drawers as a dressing area. Plenty of towels and kitchen cleaning bits plus essentials like tea, milk, condiments.
Good communication with host.

The property was lovely plenty of space for 8 people ranging from teenagers to over 60s. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The beds were all so comfortable. The games room was an added bonus for the teens. The only issue was parking as we had to take 3 cars and could only get one parking permit for the property and even then I struggled to get a permit parking space and lost it when we had a run to Gorleston-on-Sea there wasn’t a single space when we returned so we daren’t move any of our cars after that which meant we didn’t get out to explore as much as we had planned. But we did find lots to do in Yarmouth itself which everyone enjoyed thoroughly. Was a wonderful holiday overall.

Very clean and tidy and welcome package extremely thoughtful especially 3 fruits shoots for the children, bit too young for games room but a great idea... Few houses along the street extremely dirty and messy, shame as the house is lovely

The house is a great place to stay very centrally located in Gt Yarmouth.
It was clean, modern and very spacious.
The kids loved the games room and the house had everything needed for a great stay.
Gt Yarmouth itself is looking a little rough round the edges, and certainly not as I remember, although there is tons to do for kids and families.

From start to finish, dealing with Melvyn was a great experience. He dealt with a date change amazingly quickly; his check in info was informative and easy to follow with some useful parking advice. The property is as advertised, beautifully presented and very near beaches, town, restaurants and family entertainment.
Thoroughly recommend renting this property.

Had an excellent stay, great location to the town and beach, but on quite a busy road and opposite a pub. Wouldn’t be too much of an issue but cars like to stop at the lights, and treat the green light like a drag race. Not the owners fault though. Lots of space, and everything we needed. Was very hot, as we couldn’t leave the windows open when we were out, but fans provided in bedrooms. Very clean, and great communication from the owner. Information booklet needs to be updated as bin collection is stated as the wrong day. Would stay again.

Absolutely amazing holiday let, clean, spacious and so cosy! We found our stay to be so comfortable and the shops, amenities and beach all in walking distance of the property. We loved the games room, and the huge, spacious living room, with the most comfy sofa for all of us to occupy at once! I absolutely highly recommend this property. And the host was lovely, replied to all my queries promptly and even asked how we were finding it. Such a very polite host, thank-you. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas break
This is our 3rd Christmas at this property. We love the convenience of the beach and shops and the space within the house.
The owner keeps us up to date with everything and answers any questions very quickly. We can throughly recommend this property.

Fabulous house very close to amenities
Stayed for three nights with friends. We were attending a festival at the nearby Vauxhall holiday park, so this was ideal - walking distance from the site. The house was brilliant; spacious, comfortable and fabulously equipped. And the communications from Melvyn were excellent. If you have more than one car, parking is a little more complicated, but there are car parks and non resident parking spaces nearby. The owner provides one resident permit, which is very useful. There's a pub opposite, which might put some people off, but it wasn't noisy. Convenience store in the corner was useful and the staff friendly.
All in all, a lovely house and comfortable stay.

Lovely house, great facilities in good location a few minutes walk to the sea.
This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Every possible need for all ages and abilities has been catered for - the three showers were a bonus as was the games room, toys, books and consoles.

Can’t fault it
Could not be bettered all members of our party thought it brilliant ,and with a pub ( the lion ) 21 paces from door to door it was made for us ,the pub was very welcoming with some lovely clientele .The house was central for everything would highly recommend it .If there was one tiny thing that was a little off putting it was that a lot of the local community looked a little dodgy ,but that is what gt yarmouth has become these days but would still highly recommend , thanks to the landlord Melvyn who has missed nothing with all the home comforts . GREAT STAY
accommodation spot on-clean, well-sourced, good for all local activities. Parking a bit of a pain with more than one car. We found a space in a nearby street but made it very difficult to go anywhere by car as you would lose your spot. Also the property is opposite a pub.

Travellers beware and take pictures on arrival
Great Yarmouth is a fun destination the house is well situated to take advantage. When you arrive make sure that you take pictures of everything - if you read previous reviews you will see others feedback on this subject. carpet has lots of wear and tear take pictures of it ALL.

Family holiday

Great place to stay
This property is excellent, we have been two years running, all the facilities are great, plenty of room for everyone, the kids and I particularly liked the games room with the new edition of arcade game, melvyn the owner is very informative of any problems and a great host, we had a family love this house and will be back in the future.

Wonderful property!
This property is the best we've ever stayed in! It had everything we needed & much more, we wanted for nothing, the basement games room was a real hit with the kids, such a clever idea!
So near to the beach, piers & pleasure beach.
We all had a wonderful week, & thoroughly recommend this accomadation to everyone, especially anyone with children of all ages.
Our only problem was the permit parking!! When we arrived we had to drive round in circles for 3 hours before we could find somewhere near by to park, this was extremely annoying & frustrating!!

Really nice stay

Very clean house great location close to beach and town centre nice little touches with milk in the fridge and a tea and coffee hamper drinks for the kids as well have stayed a few time and no doubt will be back again in the future 10/10

Fantastic
This property is fantastic, very spacious, equipped with everything we needed, games room was a good getaway for the kids, overall it was perfect for us, the location was excellent, close to everything but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main strip, I will be recommending this to friends and family, and will no doubt be back ourselves.

Visit
The house and sitution is great. However, we had vrious problems, most of which surfaced within twelve hours of being there. Although I registered them immediately and the owner intially responded well, we have had out deposit withheld and we are apparantely to blame for problems which clearly had occurred before our arrival. I have tried to discuss this with the owner but he has not bothered to reply

Lovely house
Near to the beach and the town, very well equipped house, parking was easy to find, very near by, with the parking permits. Games room was a great addition, (we didn’t use it very much because we had great weather)

A superb place to stay.
Myself and 7 friends hired this house as we were going to a Rock festival at a nearby Caravan park. Sadly this was cancelled due to the Corona Virus but we decided to travel anyway and accommodation and travel were already paid for.
The property was exactly what we needed.
Surprisingly roomy inside. It's a lot bigger than what it looks from the outside.
Decor is great and it's very well kitted out with a good kitchen and multi bathrooms.
Also very close to a Sainsbury's and all the local Great Yarmouth pubs and shops.
For a large group or a family I couldn't recommend it high enough.

This is our second stay and we cannot fault it. The house has everything we need and is conveniently placed for the beach and the town. It is cleaned to a high standard and the owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with.
