部屋は広く、近隣も静かなので、そこそこリラックスできると思います。 朝食は現地料理中心で、品数は少ないですが、味はまずまずです。 でも、コーヒーにミルクのサービスは無しでした。 1Fにレストラン・バーがあるので、現地食以外の晩飯も大丈夫です。でも量が多いです。

エアコンがないので、雨期で気温が寒いときは、服で調整しるしかありません。 市街地から離れているので、ホテル周辺で観光客向けの店舗はほとんどありません。 近隣は坂道が多いので、タクシー（RIDE）は必須です。

The reception was bad and the receptionist does not speak English, they refused to book through Booking, and they did not accept payment by credit card, I paid cash for one night and left in the morning, it was a really bad experience, and the dinner was completely unsatisfactory, it was tea and a piece of cake, I do not recommend it at all.

The WiFi

NO FUNCTIONING HEATER in the bathroom, I complained many times but still there was always issues with it, NO GENERATOR if power cut occurs. I WANTED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT REFUND. The price was too high compared to the services offered by this hotel. DONT BOOK FOR MANY DAYS BECAUSE THERE IS NO REFUND AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THE HOTEL.

I just like that low level staff like helpers and kitchen workers are kind

They charge me alot 60 dollar more and then asked me to give them 100$ in morning so they can arrange the change but in the end they didnt give me the change,keep on saying that the guy is coming with change.... but in end no one came in all this drama they made us late to our flight as i already paid them my airport drop off charges. Also didnt give me computerized reciept

Got to the hotel and the area was shocking but expected this to an extent. We looked at the rooms before unloading the luggage and they were not even close to the images advertised on booking.com so we left to find another hotel. I asked the property to waive the cancelation fees but was denied ! Not happy😡

Very clean, bedsheets and towels changed everyday. And the staff are super friendly and kind.

I had a wonderful stay at North Addis Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. Thank you!! Would certainly recommend to a friend.
