everything food great spent most of our time on the rooftop pool

its not sound proof could here the woman next door coughing from the early hours

Good location, pool areas and lovnby were nice. Helpful, friendly staff

Beds were like slabs of concrete, which caused bruises to my hips, couldn't sleep with the noise of neighbours and the thinnest walls known to man. Breakfast food was rancid, cold and curdled

The pool was very nice, and the rooms were nice aswell. the location of the hotel was also great. with a view of the ferrariland coaster

The buffer was very cheap and not very well prepared. some food was burned, stale or was just terrible quality to the point that it was almost inedible. My girlfriend got an allergic reaction to the pillows that made her face swell. she had to sleep the entire stay on a t-shirt as the sheets clearly gave her the reaction. She has never had it before and staff of the hotel weren’t very helpful either. They simply told us to go to the pharmacy. Most of the staff was kind, but some were quite unprofessional or seemed inexperienced. overall, we didn’t love our stay, the hotel is fine, but we felt that there were many corners cut that made the quality of our stay quite poor.

I liked the location and the room was nice. The breakfast has great options in the morning time.

Having irish guests stay there you'd expect they would have some good sausages in the morning time but they had these mini hot dog sausages. Absolutely awful. Bar closes at 11/12pm every single night does not matter if you are a resident of the hotel you will ne hunted out of the bar/ lounge. We even tried to stay on the sun longers in the night time after the bar closed just to relax but that was also not allowed. There was seats beside the pool but you also were not allowed there after the bar closed so your only option was to go to your room like a child. I asked for a glass and some ice one day, I was told not allowed a glass and ice unless im buying a drink so thats a complete rip off. Dont get me started on the lifts in the hotel- absolutely tiny! Could fit 3-4 people MAX!! The pool areas all look better in the photos, the rooftop pools water was green and murky... The pool areas with sun loungers is small too all cramped together, i was touching elbows with the stranger next to me

Excellent location, rooms were cleaned every day, the staff were so polite and very helpful

well situated, hotel layout good. good entertainment but could vary the acts mostly female singers. Clean. Outside pool area lovely.

being locked in till 9am to enter the pool area’s. would have been nice to sit outside to have a coffee as I’m an early riser. position of plugs in relation to the mirror to do your hair.
