Leo was very friendly and room was clean and everything worked.

The location was great.Opposite the pier and easy walking distance to the Lanes and other amenities .Leo was very accommodating including helping me with my luggage to get into my room.

It is not a dislike, but be aware that there are no lifts,so can pose a problem for people with mobility issues or if you have quite a bit of luggage.

Location is fantastic, literally on the seafront. For comparable properties the price was the best by a long way. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

From the moment I walked through the door I immediately felt comfortable, and had a great welcome from Leo. My room was better than expected and I recharged for 2 blissful nights.

Its location is just what you prefer facing the pier and seeing a sunrise and set. Since it’s on a busy road at night it gets noisy.

We were offered a room on the 3rd floor as I thought it was a family room on the first floor. Too many stairs going up. The toilet/shower was bit cramped for a my size but we managed.

What an amazing and clean, new hotel. If anyone has stayed in Thialand, with crispy white thick cotton sheets, big fat new pillows and new matresses. Beautiful bathroom with power shower, fancy soaps, lovely sink and full lights on the mirrors, excellent for getting ready for a night on the town. Immaculate throughout. Full length mirrors, working desk, bedside tables, all clean and new. Hangers, and storage, and lights and more plug sockets next to the bed and all around the room. Massive smart TV on the wall, Netflix, Prime , Sport, the works. The Internet is super fast, no buffering. I've stayed in the fancy, expensive hotels in Brighton, yes the rooms are bigger, but the fixtures, carpets etc are dated. The Atlantic Seafront Hotel is immaculate. Right on the seafront. The breakfast is cooked to perfection, really yummy. The tables look out directly to the sea and promenade. Leo the manager is such a charming, funny and efficient manager. Really helpful, kind and thoughtful. I booked for 3 nights a single bed, he upgraded me to a double bedroom. I booked 3 more nights and again he allowed me to stay in a double room. The price is super cheap for Brighton, and the experience delightful. I will for sure stay here again. I highly recommended this Hotel. Book early as it is always full. 20******** Excellent. I know I'm gushing but it really is fantastic. Thank-you Leo, and Thank-you to the cleaning staff, who work hard, don't bother you with the do not disturb sign, and do a fantastic job of cleaning.Lovely.

I could not find any faults in this hotel, excellent location, proper keys for the doors, really quiet. Nothing at all wrong with this hotel.

Leo the proprietor was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I was there for the Brighton Marathon and found the location worked well.

The location was perfect for us, close to the centre of town, so quiet of a night time unlike more central hotels. The bed was really comfortable with good quality linen, as were the towels. The shower was powerful!

No fault of the owner, but the stairs are narrow, so lugging a suitcase up was interesting - but we managed and I'm sure Leo would have helped us if needed.

Located in an old property but very clean. As it was Christmas, most of the staff was on holiday but Leo was excellent in reception and everything else. As I book a single room this was petite but comfortable, bed was comfortable. There was no space for a bed side table as it was a small double bed but it was not a problem. I had sea view from my small window and also could see the Pier. The hotel is very well situated, close to the Pier, short walk from The Lanes with all the craft shops, and the Pavillion. They don't provide breakfast very there are coffee shops near by. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very grateful to Leo for all his support.

They could have decaff coffee in the rooms..... The fact that it is an old building, doesn't have a lift or space for one so I had to climb 3 floors of stairs. Leo helped with my luggage and I imagine it helped my fitness!
