The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to public transport, almost a minute walk to both the trams and buses. It is also close to nearby restaurants and backeries. The staff is very helpful and speaks English, German and French.
The bathroom was shocking! We did not take a shower there because the shower rim was filled with dark mold. Also, no toilet paper was provided and the sheets could have been cleaned better (we found some small hairs on the mattresses)

Etablissement très sérieux, personnel dévoué, chambre très propre et confortable. Bien placé, à une minute de l'arrêt de tram. Je recommande.
Rapport qualité-prix du petit-déjeuner nettement perfectible.

The location was great. Public transport is easily accessible, only a few minutes walk.
It was a very small room with minimal facilities. There was not even a wardrobe. The room was really depressing, looked like an old hospital room. Rooms are not soundproof.

La chambre pour trois personnes est un peu étroite manque d'espace.
Le petit petit-déjeuner était très basique .prix 10.50 euros est élevé pour cette prestation.

The staff was really nice, the place was rather clean.
If your room looks out onto the tram station, however, get earplugs! The walls are a little thin too, you hear your neighbor's conversations and showers.

Good location, close to the train station and walkable distance to the city center! Good value for money and good facilities!

Hotel is decent for the price and it’s two star rating. Breakfast was also decent for the price. Staff is nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance to the centre or 50m from bus and tram stations.

Location just next to tram station.
The bed sheet was full of all kinds of hair. I called the receiptionist to see this and she was very nice and offered me another room and free breakfast next morning. But that didnt change the discomfort I felt for the rest of my stay in the hotel. There was no even a hand soap and for the five nights I spent there towels were not changed. It was also cold in the room.

Great location for getting the tram into town! Also walking distance into town and the river. Large room. Excellent shutters in the room kept it nice and dark. It's a cheap option to enjoy the city.
Hotel is at a busy junction in the University district of Strasbourg, with trams running past the hotel frequently, starting early in the morning. This can be heard/felt in the front rooms, so bring good ear plugs or request a room at the back of the hotel.

the location was really great. Very near to city center even by walk or by tram (stop for tram was just in front of hotel). There was lot of parking places on the street. Paid during day time but free at night and sundays.
There were no towels in our room as well as no soap for hands. After requesting on the reception we got what we asked for but towels were not changed next morning so we ended up with the same two big towels we requested first day throughout the stay.

I wouldn't say that there was anything in particular that I could point out as something that I liked. It's a good hotel for the price so definitely a great choice if you are on a budget. Late night check in was possible. We could leave our luggage there after checking out and before leaving the city.
It's rather far from any restaurants or even supermarkets (at least we didn't see any). We always had to walk quite a bit towards the centre.
We arrived late at night, around 1am, and the receptionist didn't speak any English at all. Luckily I had French in school so I could understand what he was saying. But it did make it difficult, especially for those who don't speak any French.
In our first morning the fire alarm went off (false alarm) and it took about about 30 min for them to shut it off. That was obviously rather annoying and not a good start to our holiday. Especially after sleeping for only 5-6 hours.

we came late & the main door was locked, waited for 30 minutes to be open

Our room was really big and it had a water heater.
One of the days the staff didn't give us enough towels, but I suppose they forgot about it.

We thought that we would need public transport to reach city center, but the hotel was in a good place and only about 20 minute walk to center. Although there would've been tram station just outside. Loved the town and this was a good place to enjoy it for a day
Quite a small room but we did know that ahead.
