Absolut faires und angemessenes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Für solch einen Preis darf man eben keinen Luxus erwarten. Zimmer war modern, sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Check-in und check-out unkompliziert

Bra frukost även om det inte fanns "allt"

Frukosten kunde ha lite mer utbud som äggröra, mer fil/yoghurt-sorter mm. Var litre tunt om man kom sent.

Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Tisch mit Stuhl und Kissen, offenes Regal mit Kleiderstange; Bett und Beistelltisch mit Lampe, TV. Alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden.

Eine Zimmerseite hatte eine komplette Fensterfront zur Straße. Da das Hotel sehr Zentral liegt war es durch die Straßenbahn und die Nachtaktiven sehr laut. Auch konnten die Vorhänge das Zimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Raum war, da am Fenster die Straßenbeleuchtung angebracht war.

Ein Gestank als Würde man in ein Aschenbecher schlafen, und wo ich nachts auf Toiletten wollte, ist bem öffnen der Tür, das komplette Fenster auf den Kissen gefallen. Beim entfernen des Fensters ist mir bewusst geworden was für eine Wucht dass Fenster hat. Es hätte schlimmste folgen haben können, habe richtig Glück gehabt. Ich habe das Hotel p. Email das ganze geschehen geschildert und um eine Rückmeldung gebeten. Keine Reaktion. Ich bin hart im nehmen, aber das war ein richtiges Horror, und dass in eine Landeshauptstadt. Sorry!

No one available to request for essentials. Double bed had 2 x single quilts. Asked for a double quilt and non were available. Despite putting the "please clean my room sign" it was not cleaned nor bed linen / towels changed throughout my stay. Each time l looked for staff to ask, there was no one available.

Location - especially if you attend concert in Capitol, the location is just perfect, it's worth to sacrifice on ugly rooms or noise, to have comfort of being 2 min from the venue. Also there is plenty of restaurants, shops around. Very close to tram stop from which you can take direct tram to the train station. Perfect!

Room - room is just ugly and reminds me of prison. However, there is everything what you need, it's rather clean. So for 1-2 nights would do, if you don't plan to spend much time in there. Reception - there was noone at the reception when I arrived even though it was middle of working week, ca 15:00-16:00, and I let the hotel know what time I arrive. First I couldn't enter the building, luckly someone was coming in. Then I called the number given, the guy picked up and came in ca. 10 min. That was annoying as I was in rush. I should be able to check in immediately when I arrive, especially if it's middle of the day and hotel knew that I will come. If there was noone coming in, I would be standing on the street in the rain.
