The location is great, the facilities are simply great. From the rooms, to the restaurant, to the bart and the wellness area. It was my third time there and will not be the last for sure.

Location was quiet. Calm and peaceful. Restaurant offers good food. Staff are generally friendly. The heated indoor pool was great. The live duo band in the evening was also a nice touch. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful especially when we needed assistance. I didn’t know that there were villas. If I had known, I would have definitely booked a stay there as it looked comfortable.

My daughter used the sofa bed (she’s a kid) and on the first night she had 20 insect bites on her legs. Some were really big and red. When I asked reception to disinfect or clean the room thoroughly, they acted immediately and we could tell when we got back that things improved. Staff at the reception were kind and even offered first aid ointment for the bites. I guess the sofa bed has not been used for a while until we came, plus with the heat, maybe we just got unlucky.

Good Hotel exactly where I need it to be. Not far to two great Golf Courses. Good and friendly staff. Good rooms, very well equipped.

we have been at the parkhotel Delta many times and its my favorite place to relaxe. The staff is the nicest and friendliest! everything is wonderful.

We stayed in Ascona few days just before the Christmas. Hotel was perfect - clean, all facilities provided, spa area modern and clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Covid measures were respected and followed. We had the Christmas Eve dinner at the property - delicious food and live music. We would like to come back to Ascona in summer and will definitely stay here.

Very clean rooms, good breakfast, they offer free bicycles for 4 hours

The rooms are not very soundproof - we could hear the traffic from the nearby bridge and the ambulances. Also when we flushed the pipes very very loud in the room. the location is quite remote between Locarno and Ascona (you need about 20-25 min to get in the city). The guy at the reception told us we need an additional PCR test to use the wellness area which was not communicated in advance but only at the reception. in advance it was only communicated that we need 2G which we had.

a staff member called Sofia, was extremely rude. I wouldn’t talk to anyone as she talked to me and my family. All other members of the staff were super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Alexandra and Arianna.

One of our rooms had a great view, the other was a fine view. The hotel is in a park, so that anywhere you look is certainly a lovely view. In view of Covid restrictions, everything was well organized and planned. The staff was very helpful, very friendly. They made the hotel exceptional, especially the staff at the front desk. The spa was well outfitted, and the gym area well outfitted. The pool was lovely. Both inside and outside. Honestly, it was just what we needed, and I will certainly plan to go again.

The hotel is very beautiful in all the areas, including the rooms. We got a room upgrade and the view from it was stunning. The spa areas are all nice and clean, really liked it. The food is good, breakfast, snack and dinner, highly recommend all of them. Free parking lots are available at the property.

Rooms were comfortable and of good size. The offered sport and leasure activities are top. Breakfast buffet was good and extensive. The view out of the restaurant into the park and on the outdoorpool is wonderful.

Bathrooms have reached the age where small renovations would be appropriate, according to the price charged per night. It is a bit unfortunate that you have to go through either the indoor pool area or the restaurant to get to the park-side without having to walk all the way around the hotel. Whirlpool seemed to be a makeshift whirlpool. Only a few water jets and the overflow was not cleverly designed. Whenever you moved a bit, the water was just going over the edge and flew into the relaxing-room.
