i loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were! they will explain everything patiently and you can ask them anytime. there's always someone at the front door to open it for you and welcome you back. the room was very spacious and looked more on the luxurious side, classical and clean. breakfast was pretty expensive but you had lots of delicious and healthy options! the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful too. plus the lobby smells really nice haha and they had this thing where they give out free snacks and drinks if you are environmentally friendly and don't get your room cleaned every day! but even without this 'project' they have water and snacks for you.

Bidet is not working. Toilet Seat bidet is not working either.

The facility is not the newest but very clean and the Chinese decorations are adorable. Amenities provided are also nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We spent a week in Taiwan and staying in 3 different hotels and here is the best.

Big and comfortable family room, for 4 of us, with a living room and a separate bedroom. excellent and warm service, fantastic jacuzzi, very quiet- we were on the 10th floor facing the street but heard no sounds. The airco was adequate, silent but sometimes needed to be turned down quite low to be cold enough. The beds were comfortable though the king sized bed was a little harder than what we are used to. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the closest subway station. Several restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks at different price points, though most of them close at around 8 or 8.30 pm. Would definitely stay here again next time!

The only thing that doesn't make sense, other than a stationary bike in the living room, is that 4 out of 8 of the windows have blinds that are shut off and can't be flipped to see the outside. The rest was amazing...16th floor to be exact. Staff was great. Didn't try the breakfast. I'll be back and a big thanks to Simon for helping us out. Thanks

The hotel í close to a range of transport facilities convenient to shopping, eating, sightseeing, airport. Taking a bú across the street took ú to the Taipei 101, a large shopping complex where the Din Tai Fung restaurant í collated, together with various populat shops.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Bed is huge and comfortable. Location is great near transport and 20 minute walk from main train station.

The room is carpeted, big and clean. My kids love to soak in the jacuzzi tub. They also provided free snacks and can drinks in the room. The hotel is within walking distance to Songjinag Nanjing MRT station. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Didn't have a great view outside the window. Just the street and other side is the wall of next door hotel. But that's OK with us.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staffs. 5 min walk from the subway station. Restaurants and markets nearby. Would like to visit again!

The bed was a bit short. The blinds are always closed so you can't see the view from the window. Other than that everything was great!
