Excellent location and good amenities

Room was quite small

The location is fantastic, the rooms are okay, but at this price point (150$ per night), they should provide better service (at least a complementary bottle of water?). The best thing about the hotel is its restaurant, but that too is a third party one. Please eat at the restaurant. One of the best sea food places in town.

I think the rooms are really dark, and should have more light in general. Also, no complementary bottle of water and you have to walk 7-8 mins to get to a supermarket.

Room was good, breakfast and location excellent, parking to expensive, people at the reception was a little unfriendly at the beggining.

Within walking distances to most attractions. Lots of bars, restaurants in the area and of course very near to train stations . Convenient, I must say the bed slept like a dream...

Shower door handle was broken from the inside of the shower - did not expect this for a 4 star hotel.

Great location on a quiet side street in the old town of Genoa. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had a sufficient selection. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. The pre-ordered car parking space in the garage was very small, but a helpful employee parked the car safely there himself.

Our 4-member travel group had dinner in the Old Port area of Genoa. We wanted to continue the evening in the hotel restaurant with cocktails, beers and other drinks. Surprisingly, we were refused service with the explanation that the tables are only for dinner customers. The explanation that we are customers of the same hotel did not help either. Since the hotel restaurant didn't want our money, we took it to another and friendlier place. When we got back to the hotel after a while, the empty tables were still waiting for dinner customers. And those tables remained empty until the restaurant closed....

Location was good - accessible via the Metro or short taxi ride from Brignole Station. Good choice of cold items at breakfast, limited hot items. No comfy seating area.

The room was too warm. We could not reduce the temperature below 20c. There was also a small step up into the bathroom which was not ideal.

Location was perfect and the staff very helpful.

it’s a pity there wasn’t a residents’ lounge area where you could sit with a coffee or a drink.

The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, very nice service, food was great. Breakfast was very good, as well. The room and bathroom were clean and quite quiet. Very close to Piazza De Ferrari, easily accessible.

We liked everything. Comfy bed, practical but still stylish furnishing. Metro is three minutes walk away so easy to reach the train stations too. Easy walk round in the centre or more even if there was a strike. We only used public transport. Plenty of good restaurants around as you would expect in such city. Just like the charming city we are happy to go back.

good location, person in the reception was very kind and helpful. The city was very busy, lady in the reception helped us to book restaurant during our stay. Otherwise, we have not been able to find any available restaurant...

Lift was very small, just fit for one person with luggage..... Inside hotel and the room was too warm, we even wanted to turn on the air conditioning but it doesn't work.

Quite clean warm and newly renovated room. Very central location. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Really enjoyable stay.
