good value for the price, excellent location, friendly staff

although it says free parking in booking.com, I was asked for parking fee when I was checking out. This info should be corrected in booking.com. Also, beds weren’t so comfy.

The hotel was in a nice location and the staff was helpful.

HORRIBLE Wifi. Literally Horrible. Impossible even to have a short call. This hotel HAS to improve this feature.

The location is great, we use a parking that is very near to the hotel. We use it for 1 night trough our way to Kusadisi and we are very happy with it

the noise from the street outside the Wi-Fi was not so good

Great location near the ferry. Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. We were upgraded to a triple seaview room. Very good shower which seems to be an exception in Turkey. Lovely and warm in very cold weather.

Location was the main attraction when booking and it is perfect if you want easy access to the ferry within 200m of the property and easy access to the centre of Canakkale. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is in a fairly lively area. Parking is 150m away down the adjacent street and I paid 5 Euro for two nights, super cheap! Hotel is small and compact and has all you need, its been around a while, but it was clean and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate and I had a good sleep. Shower had great water pressure and good hot water which is a must for me. The bonus though were front desk staff, very friendly and polite, especially the gentleman on night shift who has been there 10 years, I am bad with names but you know who I mean. He was outstanding, very polite and helpful and because of people like him you get return business. I would stay again and will be back next year for ANZAC Day celebrations in April.

The only thing I would prefer, not a dislike, just a preference, is a walk in shower. I'm a big guy and climbing over a very high bath tub to get into the shower is not my preference, but a comment not a dislike.

great access to town and Gallipoli Peninsula

Staff was very kind , supporting us to find a right location , parking place , converting valutes , etc. I strongly reccomend this hotel..

Very nice and professional staff. They helped with parking and parked our car to a safe place. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast was Ok. Location in Canakkale is very good, a minute away from the clock tower and the ferry harbour.
