L’hôtel était très propre et très accueillant . Les chambres étaient spacieuses la literie étaient incroyable .

Después de estar en otras ocasiones y muy bien, en esta última, habían acometido una reforma y ahora no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de forma individual. Nos dijeron que ahora estaba centralizado y la única solución era abrir ventanas.

La ubicación y que las instalaciones son bastante recientes.

Bajo mi opinión no es un 4 estrellas. Una cama de muelles bastante mala, un baño incompleto, sin bolsas de aseo e higiene, o unos amenities básicos. Por otro lado el desuso tiene un precio totalmente disparado, para lo que se ofrece y la cantidad y calidad.

La limpieza y la ubicación.

Nos permitieron hospedarnos con perro por un módico precio y fueron muy amables con nosotros en todo momento, cosa que se agradece porque no hay muchos hoteles que oferten la posibilidad de hospedarse con perro. Adicionalmente el parking era gratuito y estaba bajo techo, por lo que era súper cómodo.

Große Terrasse, Zimmer sauber und alles vorhanden. Tiefgarage auf Wunsch möglich ansonsten draußen vor dem Hotel auch möglich. Frühstück alles vorhanden. Sehr nahe an der Stadt. Personal sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

Hôtel avec ascenseur en parfait état, très entretenu, grande chambre avec terrasse. Parking privé en sous sol en payant un supplément. Le personnel était sympathique et m'a indiqué les restaurants les plus proches de leur hôtel.

Hôtel sur grands axes.

L'emplacement, bus juste devant l'hôtel pour aller au centre ville et c'est vraiment pratique. Garage sécurisé. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec de très bons produits frais. Accueil à la réception très sympathique.

4 étoiles peut-être prévoir café/thé et bouilloire ! Un sourire du Monsieur qui servait le petit-déjeuner aurait été bienvenu , lui demander où se trouvait le lait chaud m'a valu un gros agacement de sa part..Faire attention aussi au bruit dans l'hôtel ce soir là beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à au moins 3h00 du matin...dommage...le reste était très bien et nous y reviendrons.

Great staff. Great value.

Location at first seem too far out from activities but once got Bus travel sorted not a problem . Not a 4 Star hotel. No coffee no full mirror more like a business meeting accommodation. Staff nice and helpful .Expensive due to Film Festival timing. Dining in area excellent..

Second time I stayed at the Hotel. Both times it was good and theres nothing to moan about :) Staff very kind and helpful. I didnt have a breakfast so I cant rate that. Room was clean and tidy. Very fast access to the motorway, was perfect for me , as I was on the drive through.

A little further from the centre than I thought. Rooms a little dated and bathroom certainly needs an upgrade.

No beverage centre, tissues, body lotion etc in our room. We had to ask for these things and not all were available to us.
