es war okay, die putzfrauen waren sehr nett jedoch das hotel personal an der rezeption unfassbar unfreundlich. Die Lage zum Megapark war sehr gut. Wirklich sauer ist es nicht. viele haare an der duschwand. Betten mit flecken. Von Musik sind sie überhaupt nicht begeistert.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr gut es war sehr sauber das Personal mega nett man lief nur 10 Minuten zum Megapark alles in einem mega gut

Die Wände sind sehr dünn man bekommt normale Gespräche vom Nachbar Zimmer mit

Ausreichend Platz im Zimmer. Safe und wlan gratis. Sehr nettes Personal.

Zu wenig Steckdosen.

It was in a different block, bathroom was super smelly, couldn’t even shower. Very disapointed

The Aircon was very efficient. Nice decor. Very clean.

The pool and area were in shade for approx 95% of the day, so we didn't use it. We chose a hotel with a pool as we wanted to spend time round it, but as it was totally enclosed by a wall and the hotel itself, there was no sun. Pool didn't look clean either. The hotel was hard to find as the name was insignificantly displayed, and breakfast was in an annexe up the road. Couldn't have a bath as no plug, and shower head didn't hang, so had to be used by hand. Asked for a view, but was told the rooms didn't have one, although clearly many overlooked the pool. We just overlooked a wall, and balcony was tiny, including Aircon unit which pumped out air, so was only a place to dry stuff.

The stuff at the reception he should be interviewed for a security guard ,not a receptionist , he was very rude and defensive ( the one who done me the checking)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were welcoming

Something that is fairly out of the hotel's control but whereby somehow needs to be regulated, is that there were a group of people there on a party. Their noise levels were extreme and on-going throughout the night - not even just in the hotel but also outside. The hotel is truly lovely, but this brought the experience down

I booked a room because of the pool but my room was in the annex without a pool. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom was dull with water so everything got wet and going to the toilet meant walking through the water on the floor. One day i was sick when the cleaningstaff came. They wanted me to leave the room. I said that i was sick and would stay on the balcony till they had dinished. Then, they redused to clean the room and left.

Hotel is great and the location is okay however I saw no swimming pool so I cannot comment about a swimming pool because from what I saw there was none and I was given no information about it!!!

I would’ve loved to have gone for a swim but there was no swimming pool available

The reception was working 24/7 which is convenient and the staff was friendly when we asked them to change the bedsheets but the hotel overall is terrible. Extremely dirty for European standards.

Where to start?! There were hair everywhere, the bed sheets were disgusting many stains, the blankets smelled so bad that we had to put them in a closet, we asked the staff to change them when we checked in at 2 in the morning and those that they brought us had even worst smell. The next day after talking to the manager the cleaning lady had to come and put new bed sheets and blankets. The bathroom was dirty, sometimes there was no hot water, there was sewage smell in our room and the walls are very thin, you can practically hear other people talking from adjacent rooms. The floor also hadn't been cleaned properly. For this price range it's by far the worst hotel we have been

Breakfast was rather good with a variety of dishes. Location of the hotel was very good, 5 min from the plages. Near to restaurants shops,...

The room equipment was very limited. No isolation at all, that you hear even conversations from neighbouring rooms. We didn't sleep

Local area, plenty of facilities and close to the beach.

One of the men working at reception made me uncomfortable, and was unfriendly at beginning of arrival.

There was terrible smell in the room and mainly in the bathroom.

we were in the annex away from the main hotel it was near to supermarkets and not too far to walk to the strip/beach

very noisy location lots of traffic and noisy neighbours groups of men shouting along the corridors. as the annex is not staffed this continues all night. phone to reception did not work

I stayed 2 nights only and it was enough... beach is close walking distance as a plus side.

1) I was disappointed I got there and I was taken to another building a block away. I did not stay in the Hotel building itself. This other building has with no reception , or security. It is a complete separated building located 1 or 2 blocks away the actual hotel building. I was disappointed as I would prefer to stay in the actual hotel itself, but apparently I booked " The annex" - no more info on the site about it, it is like having like small prints... I was alone and I did not feel safe with the amount of drunk people on the street and surrounding areas. 2) The bedroom I got , shower leaking water to the bathroom floor, a bit annoyed as the bathroom looked flooded everywhere i had a shower 3) Also , different from other hotels I had stayed in Mallorca, this one don't have a dedicated area for the guests who wants to have a shower when checking out early. In my case the checkout is 10 am, fligth was 5pm and I went to the beach meanwhile. So The shower I had to use was an open pool shower.(with other guest watching you having your shower on bikini)
