Lovely, spacious accommodation in quiet cul-de-sac very close to train station.

Everything apartment, location, Price and the little touches. Great value for money. Bed amazingly comfortable.. Best nights sleep I've had since my illness last Year.

No mirror in apartment, Wi fi poor to nothing.

Very little. Relatively close to the city centre.

We booked an apartment with a bath, we got shower only. Toilet flush sprayed everywhere and the smell from the toilet was sickening. I sent a message to send a plumber and/or move us to a more hygienic apartment. No reply whatsoever. Icing on the cake: a crippling mattress, I'm still waiting to take back some control on my legs and the man is in serious need for some proper sleep. Never again.

Our stay at sycamore place was brilliant. We both enjoyed the fact we could walk into York in a matter of minutes and no need to use our car. We wanted for nothing as far as facilities within the apartment.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the whole of our stay.

It’s location was excellent. It was spacious and easily accessible.

Bathroom was a little old fashioned but fine

As we were a bit worried about non attendance facility, communication with John and the staff member were always excellent. They even quickly swapped the light bulb that was blown out during our stay. Room was a bit dark but zero complain. It would be superb if they provide a roll of kitchen paper as the room has a full kitchen capability with stove, microwave and small fridge. That being said, the table could be also a bit larger since the room has full dishes and utensils. It was a great stay nonetheless as we stay/live like locals! Walk to the city center was breeze and tons of excellent restaurants and local supermarkets for you to grab something for the breakfast to enjoy. Although we have never seen those who work behind the scene, we were truly appreciated to what they have done for us. Thank you very much once again!!

There was nothing wrong with the property. If you have a large luggage, I would suggest you to request the ground floor. There was absolutely no step from the train station to reach to the City Apartment.

Location was great, only a stones throw from the city centre.

The apartment served us well. It was warm with it being on level 2 but the large windows and fan helped.

Shower was not very powerful, and I could not stand under it, I had to stoop, but everything else was excellent
