Fantastic stay for a large group! Kitchen needs upgrading to keep up with quality of the property

The different living quarters for 16 people was fantastic. The pool was fantastic facility for kids, although it was very cold. Plenty of parking and space for everyone. Clealiness was great considering it was such a large property.

BBQ was old, dirty and basic. Kitchen was small for the number of people, but the two fridges was great to have. Oven and cooktop was in poor condition. Kitchen cupboards are older and don’t all close properly.

Super luxurious and fantastic outdoor/pool area with plenty of room.

Very clean! The property was even better than the photos. Aaron was super friendly. Small things supplied in the kitchen and pantry was great! Our group contributed to the money tin in the pantry. Great location being close enough to town and Byron, yet still feels private. Pool and outdoor area was fantastic, felt very luxurious. Rooms were large and spacious. Extremely happy with the property and would stay again 100%.
