Lovely great and clean appartment nearby the beach, supermarket and walking distance to the old centre. Nice swimming pool, good beds and shower. Good place to stay in Mindelo.

we liked mindello, but this apartment is a good half hour walk from anywhere for tourists. owner messaged to say not safe at night so to take a taxi, which was worrying was most expensive of 7 different accommodations in CV. very large apartment. pool was very windy and no loungers to sit on

The flat is really spacious and looks even better than on the pictures.

Unfortunately, during our stay we barely had hot water and the wifi refused to work which means that we didn't have internet and the TV... I am guessing that when everything works perfectly it's an absolute gem but it wasn't the case for us.
