Like that they allowed us to stay.

They allowed us to stay without accepting the booking, They informed us that they don't have that many rooms at that price which we show on the website. They gave us only two rooms and some extra mattress to sleep on the ground. I don't know if they lied to us or they were telling the truth that they didn't have room vacant at that time, if they're telling the truth then please don't show us on the website that this many rooms are available. At the end staff are good, but the only thing is don't show fake price and more room's to attract customers.

Atleast they make people accomodate with 50% more amount if they pay.

Firstly they boldly deny the policies of any online booking platforms by charging their own extra amount and denying to make people check in if they don't agree to pay. Secondly there is no proper sanitization in their room and bedsheets were also unclean. Also room services are so bad that the room caretakers don't bother to provide any necessary services for the customers.
