The area. The parking area was very safe as well. very fast internet too.

it was not clean most especially the bathroom. there were lots of hair and dust that came from the uncleaned exhaust fan. there were lots of mosquitoes too so we had to buy baygon. it was not clean at all ☹️

The owner and caretaker are accommodating and easy to talk with even thru chat and text. The place is large enough and can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. the photos are accurate. You can cook small meals. You can also watch netflix, youtube, viu in their TV.

During our stay, it's just bad timing that there is construction beside the building so the view in the room is covered.

The staff made sure that we are prepared before, during, and after our stay by messaging and calling us. The photos are very accurate. The condo is so complete that you only need to buy food and your clothes to stay here. The facilities are new and their business permit was just this January 2022. For the kitchen, it has complete kitchen set (knife set, 10 mugs and glasses, small and big plates, set of spoons and forks, cookware, fridge, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, diswashing soap, etc). For the bedroom, it has TWO PILLOWS, blanket, and towel per person which we love. For the bathroom, it has HOT N COLD shower, a pail and dipper, big body wash and shampoo sachets, bidet, nice clothes rack, bathroom slippers, and bathroom mop. For the living room, it has full soft sofas and a television. It also has a mini terrace with outdoor seating set. Honestly, we would love to live a place like this! Thank you! <3

We had to pay 150php for the overnight parking and there is no view on the outside. But these are no biggie. We still had a great time in our stay here :)

The apartment is clean, with wifi, appliances such as ref,tv, rice cooker, electric kettle, stove and water dispenser. Also with kitchenware and dining ware. The owner of the apartment is very nice and accommodating

No cabinet per room, there's one available cabinet in 1 room but on the other room cabinet was locked by the owner (placed our personal belongings on the floor instead), without free welcome food & beverages, the owner could've prepared some food & beverages on the table, just like other commercial accommodation does. No allotted parking space & yet charged us with parking fee of 150/day, no shower curtain in the restroom despite the request at the reception, we mop the floor every after bathing. No daily housekeeping attendant to collect garbage & check the unit, housekeeper only showed up twice upon our arrival to handover the keys and to bill us the parking fee of Php 450 for 3 nights.

The place is clean and comfortable. 6 people can have their own bed and 1 person can sleep in the sofa. Facilities are good too.

The internet was slow in daytime during our stay. We are only able to use it from 12am - 6am. I guess it's because other users who are connected to it are already sleeping. It would have been best if they have a fast internet connection.
