Great place to stay! Definitely the best hotel in Lviv. Very comfortable, in the very center, very pleasant hotel stuff, all the best restaurants are right around the corner!

Hotel is always excellent, great rooms, and great location. The reception staff are by far the friendliest I have ever met anywhere in the world. Everytime I’m in Lviv, I choose the Leopolis because of the front desk team

I liked the staff, the location and facilities.

The floor was dirty even after I asked to clean it.

I arrived at 6am from Poland, having travelled through the night on a bus. While I was only scheduled to be checked in from midday, the lady allowed me to check in instantly, meaning I could have a quick nap before my 10 am meeting. Much appreciated. On my return from Kyiv, I stayed once again, this time I was arriving whilst curfew was taking place where the hotel organised a driver to collect me and bring me to the hotel, for no charge. All round, as someone who has stayed in a lot of five-star hotels, the service here was exceptional. I will only stay at this hotel going forward.

Misleading information about free spa — its not true, you have to pay 1000 UAH per person to access the facilities. The manager offered us free entrance to cover the inconvenience, however it was too late, as we wanted to use it when arrived. But the worst thing is the fact that the unique feature of selected room — cinema — didn’t work. I booked Cinema Room for my husband’s birthday, and we found out that the projector isn’t connected, and we had no opportunity to enjoy the main reason I booked this room! Staff tried to fix it, but failed. in the end, while checked our, we didn’t get any apologies or discount, which I recognize as terrible service. I will not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for getting what was promised.

Amazing staff - very friendly, offered me the best room to fit my expectations and budget. Tasty food, quick and sufficient room service. Cozy rooms and decor, great views from the windows, good WI-FI signal
