I love the bed. The location is strategic and at the center of the city

I did not like the bidet toilet. Should install a pipe hose at the toilet. The person in the next room kept on smoking on the 1st day of our arrival. And no action was taken, instead the housekeeper asked us to spray our room.

Good room with good views. Good breakfast and handy to everything

It was a clean room. Comfy bed and good view.

They promis parking space but the hotle parking is small and open to public since they make money out of public parking they do not prioritise thier guests so we ended up driving around for an hour to find a parking place. The reception couldn't care less about the problem.

Location is good, staffs are great.

WIFI was very slow and not consistent. breakfast was very crowded with insufficient.

Wir haben hier einige Tage verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle, sehr zentrale Lage und wenn man ein Zimmer mit Flussblick hat, dann ist der Ausblick fantastisch! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit großer, wechselnder Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal, tägliches Housekeeping.

Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Zentrale Klimaanlage laut und schlecht zu regulieren.

The hotel is strategic, close to the waterfront. Breakfast is decent. The room is really spacious and has basic amenities, including iron, toiletries and room slippers. I enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend this to my family and friends.

I found that the room carpet was a bit dirty and needed to be vacuumed. And I'm not sure what was wrong with the Wifi, it didn't work throughout my stay so I had to use my data instead.

Room including bathroom is clean. But I would prefer a hose with bidet. Location is strategic, close to the water front and bazaar. The first 2 breakfast I was in a rush and didn't spent a lot of time to enjoy the food. The last breakfast- I could eat in peace, the food and ambience were good.

Toilet should have bidet with hose. We are born with different anatomical sizes.

The food was nice. The staff at the cafe also friendly.

I could not sleep too well as the position of every lights was disturbing my sleep. So we just on the bathroom lights still not even helping enough.

Confortables rooms, easy check in, perfectly located to visit the city, we enjoy our stay very much. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Kuching.

Hotel situato vicino al centro e a diversi ristoranti, camera spaziosa, colazione con ampia scelta, personale molto cordiale, possibilità di lasciare le valigie in deposito se siete in gita e avete già fatto il check out.

Non riprenderei uno dei taxi che stazionano fuori dall'albergo, è stato decisamente il più caro.

Fridge icebox was all iced up. No safe in room.

It was fasting month Ramadhan so I did not try the restaurant. Room is nice and location is superb, heart of the city.
