advertised facility not available, no pool bar, no sky lounge,only one restaurant, not 3 no shuttle to waterfront. too far away from waterfront

that time whenni saw the floor mat inside the bathtub

the building had a view over the river - BUT - the all the room windows look like theyve not been wiped for the last 5 years with a film of dirt over it. the room was big and spacious, but cleanliness was iffy with stains on the bedsheets/pillows and frayed towels. housekeeping was not done on one day. and oddly, the concierge explained that housekeeping is only done if we "turn on the make up my room light". our request for fresh towels took 2 calls and 1 hour to get to us. a request for late checkout was declined due to "full bookings" but the hotel was obviously mostly empty. gym only opens after 9am! and the aircon for the gym doesnt start until well past 9am. a bucket to collect water from a leaky roof stands in the middle of the gym was brimming with water. a pity since the gym was quite well equipped. included breakfast was dreadful - it was 0930am on sunday and there was just some rice, noodles, beans and fruit left. there was a lump of cold scrambled eggs which tasted terrible. monday morning was a bit better but food choice was still quite limited.

breakfast is bad. not much food choice. too much noise from the exhaust fan in both bath rooms.

Room is Good. Pool is Good. environment is good. but when you dont take care of the food, everything spoil. During breakfast there was no add on as it still 8.45am, tables were full of used plates. no staff to collect. food choice very limted.

filthy. there were stains on bedsheet, duvet and pillows. towels are very old and is practically ’yellow’. No towels at the pool, so u hv to bring down from the room. Asked for extra towels and they want to charge me an extra RM20! totally absurd. although the pool is nice, bottom surface is moldy and slippery. breakfast menu is very disappointing. put on the housekeeping light, service never came. had to call and they came to clean up much later.

not maintained room was not as clean as expected old towels very used. room service only on request even not done at 7pm. breakfast was nothing special first days had not enough to serve all guests. as well staff wasn’t able to refill. the experience was super bad room service plates was in front of another room for 3 days an got never cleaned up

Ok,but still need improvement on local menu&location is good👍...

Always serve fried 3 types of noodles..until now haven't seen nasi lemak or canai or otbers menu types of noodles.

The facility good but the breakfast a little bit lousy.
